層序地層學(xué):問題與討論

【摘要】:論文回顧地震地層學(xué)對(duì)層序地層學(xué)的貢獻(xiàn)與影響、層序地層學(xué)理論積淀,指出沉積層序存在的諸如層序邊界(不整合面及其可比的整合面)跨界系統(tǒng)階等年代地層單位、沉積層序"T-R"水侵-水退建模理論基礎(chǔ)與層序邊界不斷調(diào)整、基準(zhǔn)面曲線滯后水侵-水退(R-T)曲線和純幾何學(xué)的相對(duì)應(yīng)整合面(可比的整合面)禁錮等4個(gè)問題.針對(duì)4個(gè)問題論文建議:(1)靜止正常水退(SNR)取代高位正常水退(HNR),解決層序地層學(xué)由高位正常水退不合理設(shè)定造成的非周期性問題;(2)鑒于殘留最大水泛面(RMFS)潛在地接近或一致于年代地層單位界線或全球界線層型剖面和點(diǎn)(GSSP)階的下界的特征,層序地層學(xué)有可能建立殘留最大水泛面與其相對(duì)應(yīng)不整合面組成的復(fù)合層序邊界,其中的殘留最大水泛面部分用于解決現(xiàn)行層序邊界跨年代地層單位界線的問題;(3)復(fù)合層序邊界由盆朝陸的"一對(duì)一"追蹤方式解決層序邊界由陸朝盆"一對(duì)多"不斷調(diào)整的問題;(4)降級(jí)"相對(duì)應(yīng)整合面"為體系域邊界,解決雙定義"相對(duì)應(yīng)整合面"問題,其中,Hunt and Tucker(1992)的"相對(duì)應(yīng)整合面"被復(fù)合層序邊界相對(duì)應(yīng)不整合面部分向盆內(nèi)延伸(ESU)取代而作為低位體系域底界(ESU亦兼有水侵體系域在不整合處的底界作用),Posamentier and Allen(1999)的"相對(duì)應(yīng)整合面"被復(fù)合層序邊界之上的恢復(fù)的強(qiáng)迫水退底界取代而作為下降期體系域底界.此外,強(qiáng)迫水退底界同義術(shù)語現(xiàn)在采用的海相侵蝕海退面(RSME)術(shù)語不能全部代表海相與非海相背景.
