【摘要】:面對(duì)市場(chǎng)需求的不斷變化,礦產(chǎn)行業(yè)已經(jīng)由勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)向技術(shù)密集型工業(yè)以及高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,KZ礦業(yè)技術(shù)有限責(zé)任公司主要從事中小型礦山企業(yè)從勘察到生產(chǎn)施工的業(yè)務(wù)。公司雖然發(fā)展迅速,但畢竟是個(gè)年輕企業(yè),需要改進(jìn)和完善的方面還很多,如:礦山管理、技術(shù)發(fā)展、市場(chǎng)開拓方面等。目前KZ礦業(yè)技術(shù)有限責(zé)任公司正處于關(guān)鍵性發(fā)展時(shí)期,在未來(lái)如何抓住行業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)遇,規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從機(jī)遇型發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閼?zhàn)略型發(fā)展,從發(fā)展速度和規(guī)模不穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐?guī)模穩(wěn)定、持續(xù)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài),是業(yè)務(wù)板塊發(fā)展的需要,也是KZ礦業(yè)作強(qiáng)作優(yōu)的需要。所以鞏固和提升公司市場(chǎng)地位和市場(chǎng)份額,贏得客戶滿意、客戶忠誠(chéng)和客戶推薦,戰(zhàn)勝競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手,清晰勾勒企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略已成為公司當(dāng)前亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論、企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論,運(yùn)用PEST分析、波特的五種力量模型、SWOT分析等分析工具對(duì)KZ礦業(yè)技術(shù)有限責(zé)任公司企業(yè)發(fā)展的外部和內(nèi)部環(huán)境以及行業(yè)的未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)等進(jìn)行了研究,進(jìn)而總結(jié)了企業(yè)在外部可能面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)。并據(jù)此為公司選擇了適合的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略即差異化戰(zhàn)略、總成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略,進(jìn)而提出具體的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案。以期能做到趨利避害,充分發(fā)揮在公司已有的優(yōu)勢(shì)下,在新戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)下,為公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的方向和途徑問(wèn)題提供解決辦法,為企業(yè)提供新的發(fā)展空間,借此來(lái)提高公司的戰(zhàn)略管理能力,從而進(jìn)一步提高公司的盈利能力。以期使客戶、企業(yè)、社會(huì)各方面都能夠取得利益上的和諧統(tǒng)一,使經(jīng)濟(jì)效益能夠達(dá)到最大化。本文希望通過(guò)對(duì)KZ礦業(yè)技術(shù)有限責(zé)任公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,期望能在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,提高企業(yè)的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力,提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,保持企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,并提供科學(xué)的智力支持;當(dāng)然,同時(shí)也希望能對(duì)同類礦山企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一些啟示。
[Abstract]:In the face of the continuous change of market demand, the mineral industry has developed from labor-intensive industry to technology-intensive industry and high-tech industry. KZ Mining Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in small and medium-sized mining enterprises from investigation to production and construction business. Although the company develops rapidly, but after all, it is a young enterprise, there are still many aspects that need to be improved and improved, such as mine management, technical development, market development and so on. At present, KZ Mining Technology Co., Ltd. is in a critical period of development. In the future, how to seize the opportunity of industry development, avoid risks, and change from opportunity development to strategic development. It is not only the need of business plate development, but also the need of KZ mining industry to change from development speed and scale instability to scale stability and sustainable development. Therefore, it has become an urgent problem for the company to consolidate and enhance its market position and market share, win customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer recommendation, defeat competitors, and clearly outline the competitive strategy of the company. Through the theory of enterprise strategy and the theory of enterprise competitiveness, this paper uses PEST analysis and Porter's five power models. SWOT analysis and other analytical tools have studied the external and internal environment of the development of KZ Mining Technology Co., Ltd., as well as the future development trend of the industry. Then it summarizes the opportunities and threats that enterprises may face outside, as well as the advantages and disadvantages within the enterprise. Based on this, the suitable competitive strategy is selected for the company, that is, differentiation strategy, total cost leading strategy, and then the specific strategic implementation scheme is put forward. In order to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, give full play to the existing advantages of the company, under the guidance of the new strategy, to provide solutions to the direction and ways of sustainable development of the company, and to provide new development space for enterprises. So as to improve the strategic management ability of the company, so as to further improve the profitability of the company. In order to make customers, enterprises, all aspects of society can achieve harmony and unity of interests, so that economic benefits can be maximized. This paper hopes to study the competitive strategy of KZ Mining Technology Co., Ltd., hoping to improve the anti-risk ability of enterprises, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and maintain the sustainable development ability of enterprises in the fierce competition. And provide scientific intellectual support; Of course, at the same time, I also hope to provide some inspiration for the development of similar mining enterprises.
