甘肅省文縣陽山金礦區(qū)復(fù)雜地層鉆探技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:Yangshan mining area of Wenxian County, Gansu Province is the key gold mine area of the gold army of the armed police, and its exploration task is undertaken by the 12th gold detachment of the armed police. The mining area is located at the border of Longnan, North Sichuan, the western end of Minshan Mountains and Qinling Mountains, located at the junction of Shaanxi, Gansu and Sichuan provinces. In 1997, it was discovered by the gold troops of the Armed Police Force and the accumulative amount of gold resources was 308 tons, which is the largest type of Carlin gold deposit in Asia. In recent years, with the expansion of construction area, there are more and more complicated formation problems and more leakage problems encountered in drilling construction in this area, while core drilling is in the process of geological exploration of solid minerals. In particular, it is one of the exploration methods that must be used to determine the deep mineral resources. Core drilling in mining area is still the most important way for geologists to obtain intuitionistic geological data during geological engineering exploration at present and for quite a long time in the future. Therefore, the drilling construction technology in Yangshan mining area is studied to solve the construction problems. It is of great significance to control construction cost, improve construction efficiency and provide better service for geological prospecting by scientific means, and it is also of great significance to consolidate Yangshan Gold Mine towards the world. The model performance of drilling equipment in the industry is relatively stable, and the personnel operation technology has not changed much in a long period of time. Besides, the research will select a wide range of pipe materials to combine with each other, and then cooperate with the more flexible wall protection leakage plugging technology. It is of decisive significance to carry out the drilling construction successfully in this area. In this paper, taking the mining area as the study area, on the basis of fully collecting the data of the natural geography and geological environment in the area, combining the geological environment conditions and the characteristics of geological core drilling, the types of complex strata in the area are analyzed. The influence factors of geological core drilling construction are deeply analyzed and studied by the characteristics and complex formations, and the main measures for drilling in complex strata are put forward. The main research results are as follows: 1. This paper introduces the geological characteristics, physical properties and drillability of the Yangshan gold deposit in Wenxian County, and analyzes the influence of the complex strata in the mining area on the drilling construction. The technical indexes of drilling in Yangshan Gold Mine of Wenxian County are analyzed in an all-round way. It is concluded that the drilling in Wenxian Gold Mine is difficult to drill in Quaternary overburden layer, difficult to control hole leakage, difficult to construct broken layer of calcium / carbon muddy phyllite, and difficult to increase the depth of casing wall protection. Borehole trajectory control difficult five technical problems. 3. In view of the technical problems of drilling in Wenxian Gold Mine, by optimizing the drilling structure, adopting the comprehensive drilling technology of cone bit and composite piece, large caliber rope drilling technology, diamond bottom jet drill technology, and directional drilling technology, the drilling technology is introduced. The problem of drilling technology in Wenxian Gold Mine has been solved well.
