【摘要】：自50年代后期發(fā)明集成電路以來(lái),經(jīng)過(guò)近60年的發(fā)展,集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)被認(rèn)為是電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的糧食,雖然其本身的全球總體規(guī)模僅為3 500億美金左右,但其所支撐的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模之巨大實(shí)在難以估計(jì)。同時(shí)由于涉及信息安全及軍事領(lǐng)域,向來(lái)是世界各強(qiáng)國(guó)爭(zhēng)奪的領(lǐng)域,也是西方限制相關(guān)技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品向中國(guó)出口的重要控制內(nèi)容。從創(chuàng)新與自主可控、產(chǎn)學(xué)研與科技成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)等方面探討集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的理念與看法,應(yīng)對(duì)所有高科技行業(yè)同樣有參考。
[Abstract]:Since the invention of integrated circuits in the late 1950s, after nearly 60 years of development, integrated circuit industry has been regarded as the grain of electronic information industry. Although its total global scale is only about 350 billion US dollars, it is difficult to estimate the scale of the electronic information industry it supports. At the same time, because of its involvement in the field of information security and military affairs, it has always been the field of competition among the world powers, and it is also an important control content for the West to restrict the export of related technologies and products to China. This paper probes into the ideas and views of the development of integrated circuit industry from the aspects of innovation and independent control, industry-university-research, industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and protection of intellectual property rights, which should also be used as a reference for all high-tech industries.
