采用Zygo干涉儀測量LCOS相位調(diào)制特性的研究

【摘要】:該文介紹了LCOS的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和光波調(diào)制原理,當(dāng)光波的偏振方向與液晶分子的光軸相一致時,LCOS處于純相位調(diào)制模式。介紹了Zygo干涉儀測量相位差的原理,針對北京杏林睿光公司生產(chǎn)的RL-SLM-R2反射式純相位LCOS采用美國Zygo干涉儀進行了相位調(diào)制特性測量,并根據(jù)干涉儀原理對結(jié)果進行修正,得到了準(zhǔn)確的相位調(diào)制特性曲線,其調(diào)制范圍為0~0.715 4λ。該實驗開創(chuàng)了一種新的相位調(diào)制度測量方法,對更好地使用液晶空間光調(diào)制器有重要意義。

When the polarization direction of light wave is consistent with the optical axis of liquid crystal molecule, LCOS is in pure phase modulation mode. The principle of measuring phase difference by Zygo interferometer is introduced. The phase modulation characteristics of RL-SLM-R2 reflective pure phase LCOS produced by Beijing Xinglin Ruiguang Company are measured by American Zygo interferometer. according to the principle of the interferometer, the accurate phase modulation characteristic curve is obtained, and the modulation range is 0 鈮,
