激光主動(dòng)干涉條紋間距識(shí)別光學(xué)目標(biāo)口徑

【摘要】:利用物理光學(xué)相關(guān)知識(shí)及Collins衍射積分公式和硬邊光闌的復(fù)高斯函數(shù)分解法,推導(dǎo)得到目標(biāo)處干涉圖樣條紋間距與光學(xué)目標(biāo)反射光時(shí)間分布關(guān)系的解析表達(dá)式.從原理分析、仿真計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究等方面研究了干涉場(chǎng)的條紋間距、光學(xué)目標(biāo)口徑參數(shù)和反射光時(shí)間分布包絡(luò)的峰峰數(shù)、峰峰間距和峰峰比之間定量關(guān)系.結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)條紋間距的大小約為目標(biāo)的口徑尺寸時(shí),反射光時(shí)間分布包絡(luò)的峰峰數(shù)由單峰向多峰過渡,峰峰間距和峰峰比曲線會(huì)出現(xiàn)極大值,根據(jù)這一變化規(guī)律可以估測(cè)出光學(xué)目標(biāo)的口徑參數(shù),其估測(cè)精度受條紋間距可調(diào)節(jié)范圍的影響.
[Abstract]:Based on the knowledge of physical optics, Collins diffraction integral formula and complex Gaussian function decomposition method of hard edge diaphragm, the analytical expression of the relationship between interference pattern stripe spacing and time distribution of reflected light in optical target is derived. The quantitative relationship between the stripe spacing of the interference field, the aperture parameters of the optical target and the peak number of the envelope of the reflected light time distribution, the peak spacing and the peak-to-peak ratio are studied from the aspects of principle analysis, simulation calculation and experimental study. The results show that when the spacing of stripes is about the aperture size of the target, the number of peaks in the envelope of reflected light time distribution changes from single peak to multi-peak, and the peak spacing and peak-to-peak ratio curve will appear maximum. According to this variation law, the aperture parameters of optical target can be estimated, and the estimation accuracy is affected by the adjustable range of stripe spacing.
