LIBS結(jié)合自由定標(biāo)法對鋼液中多元素成分定量分析

【摘要】:應(yīng)用激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜技術(shù)定性分析鋼液中多元素的成分,并且結(jié)合自由定標(biāo)法定量分析各元素的含量。為使檢測結(jié)果更準(zhǔn)確,加入一個平面鏡反射裝置,來減小自吸收現(xiàn)象。采集標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鋼液樣品中各元素的光譜,提取光譜強(qiáng)度,結(jié)合自由定標(biāo)法建立樣品中各元素的波爾茲曼平面,通過計算得到樣品中各元素的含量,其中Mn元素的含量相對誤差為22.178%,Fe元素含量相對誤差為2.900%。實驗表明實驗值可以表征樣品值,LIBS結(jié)合自由定標(biāo)法可以對鋼液中多元素成分進(jìn)行定量分析。
[Abstract]:Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy was used to analyze the composition of multi-element in molten steel, and the content of each element was quantitatively analyzed by free calibration method. In order to make the detection results more accurate, a plane mirror reflector is added to reduce the self-absorption phenomenon. The spectra of each element in the sample of standard molten steel were collected, the spectral intensity was extracted, and the Boltzmann plane of each element in the sample was established with the free calibration method, and the content of each element in the sample was obtained by calculating the content of each element in the sample. The relative error of Mn and Fe is 22.178% and 2.900% respectively. The experiment shows that the experimental value can be used to characterize the sample value, and the LIBS combined with free calibration method can be used to quantitatively analyze the multi-element composition in molten steel.
