短毫米波帶狀注器件電子槍的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著軍事科技的發(fā)展以及民用需求的不斷更新,對真空電子器件提出了更高的要求。頻率更高、功率更大、頻帶更寬和器件的小型化等要求對傳統(tǒng)真空電子器件帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn),帶狀注由于其空間電荷力較小,理論上可以無限增大其寬邊使得它可以傳輸?shù)碾娏鞲蟆R蚨鴰钭Ρ扔趥鹘y(tǒng)的圓形注更適合于產(chǎn)生高頻率大功率的輻射。且?guī)钭⒌穆ńY(jié)構(gòu)可采用更利于加工的平板式。帶狀注真空電子器件的發(fā)展將會(huì)推動(dòng)真空電子器件的前進(jìn),因而本文對帶狀注電子槍進(jìn)行了初步的研究,主要的工作如下:1.根據(jù)教研室項(xiàng)目對于W波段行波管的參數(shù)要求設(shè)計(jì)了一支工作在W波段的單陽極帶狀注行波管電子槍,陽極工作電壓為21.1kV時(shí),可獲得400mA穩(wěn)定電流,此時(shí)陰極發(fā)射面電流密度為28.78A/cm2,注腰處截面電流密度約133A/cm2。并且電子槍射程約10mm,橫縱比為10:3,注腰截面尺寸小于1mm×0.3mm,并對陽極電壓改變以及陰陽極距離的變化對于電子槍性能的影響進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步研究。2.根據(jù)教研室項(xiàng)目對于140GHz返波管的參數(shù)要求設(shè)計(jì)了一支工作在140GHz的雙陽極帶狀注返波管電子槍,第一陽級電壓15kV,第二陽極電壓工作范圍15kV-18kV,可獲得穩(wěn)定電流42mA左右,此時(shí)陰極發(fā)射面電流密度約為14.4A/cm2。電子槍射程大于11mm,橫縱比為10:1,注腰處截面尺寸小于1mm×0.1mm,并對第一陽極電壓改變以及陰陽極距離的變化對于電子槍性能的影響進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步研究。3.根據(jù)教研室項(xiàng)目對于220GHz返波管的參數(shù)要求設(shè)計(jì)了一支工作在220GHz的雙陽極帶狀注返波管電子槍,第一陽級電壓10kV,第二陽極電壓工作范圍8kV-12kV,可獲得穩(wěn)定電流18.4mA左右,陰極發(fā)射面電流密度約為7.5A/cm2,注腰處截面電流密度約116A/cm2。電子槍射程大于7mm,橫縱比20:3,注腰截面面積尺寸小于400μm×60μm,在140GHz雙陽極帶狀注電子槍的研究基礎(chǔ)上,對其進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步研究,探討了陰極結(jié)構(gòu)改變以及陽極通道的變化對于電子槍性能的影響;谄骷膶(shí)際需求,本文對單陽極與雙陽極電子槍進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),均達(dá)到參數(shù)指標(biāo)要求。對于研究帶狀注器件具有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of military science and technology and the continuous renewal of civilian demand, higher requirements for vacuum electronic devices have been put forward. Higher frequency, larger power, wider band and miniaturization of devices bring new challenges to traditional vacuum electronic devices. Theoretically, it can increase its wide edge infinitely so that it can transmit more current. Therefore, the ribbon beam is more suitable to produce high frequency and high power radiation than the traditional circular beam. And the slow wave structure of the belt injection can adopt the flat plate which is more convenient to process. The development of strip injection vacuum electronic devices will promote the advancement of vacuum electron devices. Therefore, this paper makes a preliminary study on the ribbon electron injection gun, the main work of which is as follows: 1. According to the parameter requirement of W-band traveling wave tube, a single anode ribbon beam traveling wave tube electron gun working in W-band is designed. When the anode working voltage is 21.1kV, the stable current of 400mA can be obtained. At this point, the current density of cathode emissive surface is 28.78A 路cm ~ 2, and the cross-section current density of the injection waist is about 133A 路cm ~ (- 2). And the range of electron gun is about 10 mm, the ratio of aspect to aspect is 10? 3, the cross section size of injection waist is smaller than 1mm 脳 0.3 mm, and the influence of the change of anode voltage and the distance between cathode and anode on the performance of electron gun is further studied. 2. According to the parameter requirement of 140GHz backwave tube in the teaching and research department project, a double anode ribbon injection backwave tube electron gun working in 140GHz is designed. The first anode voltage is 15kV, the second anode voltage is 15kV / 18kV, and the steady current 42mA can be obtained. At this point, the current density of cathode emissive surface is about 14.4A 路cm ~ (- 2). The range of electron gun is greater than 11 mm, the aspect ratio is 10? 1, and the cross section size of the injection waist is less than 1mm 脳 0.1 mm. The influence of the change of the first anode voltage and the distance between cathode and anode on the performance of electron gun is further studied. 3. According to the parameter requirement of 220GHz backwave tube in the teaching and research department project, a double anode ribbon injection backwave tube electron gun working in 220GHz is designed. The first anode voltage is 10 kV, the second anode voltage is 8 kV / 12 kV, and the steady current 18.4mA can be obtained. The current density of cathode emissive surface is about 7.5A 路cm ~ 2, and the current density of cross-section at the waist of injection is about 116A 路cm ~ (- 2). The range of electron gun is greater than 7mm, the ratio of transverse to longitudinal is 20m3, and the area of injection waist is less than 400渭 m 脳 60um. Based on the study of 140GHz double anode strip electron injection gun, the further study is carried out. The influence of the change of cathode structure and anode channel on the performance of electron gun is discussed. Based on the actual requirements of the device, the single anode and double anode electron guns are designed, which meet the requirements of the parameters. It has important reference value for the research of ribbon injector.
