高溫超導(dǎo)直接檢測器及其性能研究

【摘要】:基于約瑟夫森結(jié)而開發(fā)的高溫超導(dǎo)直接檢測器無需本振,具有便捷、靈敏度高的優(yōu)點。高溫超導(dǎo)直接檢測器因其重要的研究意義和價值受到人們廣泛的關(guān)注。由于THz波的能量低,在大氣中傳輸受到水分的影響衰減較大,提高高溫超導(dǎo)直接檢測器的性能是一個十分有益的工作。我們在前人的基礎(chǔ)上,對器件的研制與系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化進行了更進一步的研究,主要的工作如下:(1)設(shè)計研制了測量超導(dǎo)薄膜的電阻隨溫度(RT)變化特性的測試盒,此測試盒溫度變化均勻,測量穩(wěn)定性高,提高了薄膜RT測試的效果。(2)在研制小型高溫超導(dǎo)直接檢測器中,承擔(dān)了濾波電路設(shè)計。在新的RC濾波電路中采用一個大電容(O.1uF)并聯(lián)一個小電容(10pF)的濾波方式,實驗結(jié)果證明,這樣可以有效地同時濾除因各種不可控因素引起的高頻干擾和低頻干擾。(3)優(yōu)化后的超導(dǎo)直接檢測器系統(tǒng)在0.1~2.5THz范圍內(nèi),可以對多個太赫茲源的頻譜測量。同時研究了超導(dǎo)檢測器各部件的關(guān)聯(lián)與影響及不同的工作參數(shù)對頻譜線寬的影響。
[Abstract]:The HTS direct detector based on Josephson junction has the advantages of convenience and high sensitivity. High-temperature superconducting direct detectors (HTS) have attracted wide attention because of their important research significance and value. Because of the low energy of THz wave, the propagation in the atmosphere is attenuated by the influence of water, so it is very useful to improve the performance of HTS direct detector. On the basis of previous studies, we further study the device development and system optimization. The main work is as follows: (1) A test box is designed to measure the resistance of superconducting film with temperature (RT). The temperature variation of the test box is uniform and the measurement stability is high. (2) in the development of the small HTS direct detector, the filter circuit is designed. In the new RC filter circuit, a large capacitance (O.1uF) parallel to a small capacitance (10pF) filter is adopted. The experimental results show that, In this way, the high frequency interference and low frequency interference caused by various uncontrollable factors can be effectively filtered simultaneously. (3) the optimized superconducting direct detector system can be used to measure the spectrum of multiple terahertz sources in the 0.1~2.5THz range. At the same time, the correlation and influence of various components of superconducting detector and the influence of different operating parameters on spectrum linewidth are studied.
