多晶硅鑄錠爐的三維熱場(chǎng)分析

【摘要】:以GT Solar公司DSS~(TM)450型多晶硅鑄錠爐為例,建立了鑄錠爐熱場(chǎng)的三維熱學(xué)模型,由此計(jì)算并獲得了爐內(nèi)的三維熱場(chǎng)分布,發(fā)現(xiàn)熱場(chǎng)呈三維分布,而不是簡(jiǎn)單的二維軸對(duì)稱分布;比較了4種不同功率分配方案的熱場(chǎng)分布,發(fā)現(xiàn)提高頂部加熱器的功率配比對(duì)溫度不均勻性有一定的改善,但卻會(huì)使加熱效率大大下降;對(duì)冷卻板內(nèi)的溫度分布也進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,發(fā)現(xiàn)支撐柱對(duì)熱場(chǎng)有重要影響。
[Abstract]:Taking the DSS~ (TM) 450 polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace of GT Solar Company as an example, a three-dimensional thermal model of the ingot furnace is established. From this model, the three-dimensional thermal field distribution in the furnace is calculated and obtained. It is found that the thermal field is a three-dimensional distribution. Instead of a simple two-dimensional axisymmetric distribution; The thermal field distribution of four different power distribution schemes is compared. It is found that increasing the power ratio of the top heater can improve the temperature inhomogeneity to some extent, but it will greatly decrease the heating efficiency. The temperature distribution in the cooling plate is also numerically simulated, and it is found that the supporting column has an important effect on the thermal field.
