有源濾波器產(chǎn)品試驗(yàn)裝置與測(cè)試方法研究

【摘要】:隨著大量電力電子投入到電網(wǎng)中運(yùn)行,電網(wǎng)諧波分量比例越來(lái)越大、功率因數(shù)越來(lái)越低,而且還會(huì)產(chǎn)生電壓波動(dòng)、閃變、三相不平衡等嚴(yán)重電能質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,因此諧波治理刻不容緩。諧波治理的最佳方案是在企業(yè)的廠內(nèi)變電站或大型車間配電間安裝使用有源電力濾波器。本文研究分析相關(guān)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JB/T 11067-2011、YD/T 2323-2011、JG/T 417-2013、DL/T 1216-2013,整理出試驗(yàn)?zāi)康呐c要求。又對(duì)比分析了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推薦的三相不控整流電路和三相全控整流電路所產(chǎn)生的諧波特點(diǎn),發(fā)現(xiàn)推薦的三相不控整流電路僅有6n±1次的諧波,而三相全控整流電路的諧波則豐富很多,并且各含量比例可由觸發(fā)角進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),因此確定本系統(tǒng)采用三相全控整流電路做諧波源負(fù)載。為了更好地完成有源濾波器產(chǎn)品試驗(yàn)檢測(cè),本文在研究產(chǎn)品技術(shù)參數(shù)和各參數(shù)試驗(yàn)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一套有源電力濾波器產(chǎn)品自動(dòng)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)將試驗(yàn)線路、測(cè)試儀器設(shè)備、試驗(yàn)步驟等集中納入自動(dòng)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),通過(guò)電腦界面上的設(shè)置和按鈕操作完成試驗(yàn),同時(shí)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)也由通信傳上來(lái),便于整理試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。最后使用該系統(tǒng)完成有源濾波器試驗(yàn),并對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行整理評(píng)定。
[Abstract]:As a large number of power electronics are put into operation, the proportion of harmonic components in the power network becomes larger and larger, the power factor is lower and lower, and there are also serious power quality problems, such as voltage fluctuation, flicker, three-phase imbalance and so on. Therefore, harmonic management is urgent. The best way to control harmonics is to install active power filter in the substation or distribution room of large workshop. In this paper, the related product standard JB/T 11067-2011a YD / T 2323-2011 / JG / T 417-2013 DL / T 1216-2013 is analyzed, and the purpose and requirements of the test are sorted out. The harmonic characteristics of standard three-phase non-controlled rectifier circuit and three-phase full-control rectifier circuit are compared and analyzed. It is found that the recommended three-phase non-controlled rectifier circuit has only 6n 鹵1 order harmonics, while the three-phase fully controlled rectifier circuit has a lot of harmonics. And the proportion of each content can be adjusted by the trigger angle, so it is determined that the three-phase full-control rectifier circuit is used as the harmonic source load. In order to complete the testing of active power filter (APF) products, a set of automatic detection system for APF products is designed based on the study of the technical parameters of the products and the test methods of each parameter. The test system integrates the test circuit, test equipment and test steps into the automatic test system, and completes the test by setting the computer interface and the operation of the button. At the same time, the test data is also transmitted from the communication to facilitate the arrangement of the test report. Finally, the system is used to complete the active filter test, and the test results are collated and evaluated.
