三氟甲苯為分散介質(zhì)的彩色電泳顯示研究

【摘要】：本文以三氟甲苯為分散介質(zhì),制備了雙色微膠囊電泳顯示器件。優(yōu)化了紅色、黃色、藍色、帶正電的白色與帶負電的白色五種電泳顯示液配方,研究了一步法合成脲醛樹脂微膠囊的制備工藝,探索了絲網(wǎng)印刷的涂布方法。得到的雙色微膠囊電泳顯示器件在低電壓驅(qū)動下顯示了較高對比度。采用正交試驗和條件試驗優(yōu)化了三氟甲苯體系電泳顯示液的配方,分別考察了紅白、黃白、藍白雙色電泳液的最佳復(fù)配比例,并制備了相應(yīng)的雙色簡易顯示器件,對比度分別為2.95、1.41和3.93,響應(yīng)時間與穩(wěn)態(tài)均得到大幅度的提升,響應(yīng)時間分別為305ms/348ms、140ms/371ms和512ms/415ms,并且均在斷電30分鐘內(nèi)保持一定的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。以優(yōu)化的三氟甲苯體系雙色電泳顯示液為芯材,以尿素-甲醛樹脂為壁材,研究了一步法合成脲醛樹脂微膠囊的制備工藝�？疾炝诵静牡挠昧�、明膠分散液濃度、SDS濃度、間苯二酚濃度、攪拌速度、pH值等條件對微膠囊的合成與形貌的影響。得到的脲醛樹脂微膠囊球形度好,尺寸均勻,表面光滑,包覆率為15.56%,有效利用率為97.4%,在15V驅(qū)動電壓下可實現(xiàn)電泳響應(yīng)。探索了絲網(wǎng)印刷法的涂布工藝。以三氟甲苯體系微膠囊為涂布原料,考察了固化劑成分、固化劑用量、絲網(wǎng)目數(shù)以及涂布層數(shù)對涂布效果的影響,得到的微膠囊顯示器件圖像及顏色均勻,無涂布缺陷及涂痕,在15V的驅(qū)動電壓下可以實現(xiàn)圖像顯示,制備的紅白顯示器件對比度為1.81。
[Abstract]:In this paper, two-color microcapsule electrophoresis display devices were prepared using trifluorotoluene as dispersion medium. Five kinds of electrophoretic display formulations, red, yellow, blue, positive white and negative white, were optimized. The preparation of urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules by one-step method was studied, and the coating method of screen printing was explored. The two-color microcapsule electrophoretic display device shows high contrast under low voltage drive. Orthogonal test and condition test were used to optimize the formula of electrophoretic display liquid of trifluorotoluene system. The optimum mixture ratio of red white, yellow white and blue white electrophoretic solution was investigated, and the corresponding two-color simple display device was prepared. The contrast is 2.95 / 1.41 and 3.93, respectively. The response time and steady-state are greatly improved, and the response time is 305ms / 348ms / 140ms / 371ms and 512ms / 415ms, respectively. The one-step synthesis of urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules was studied by using the optimized two-color electrophoretic display solution of trifluorotoluene as core material and urea-formaldehyde resin as wall material. The effects of the amount of core material, the concentration of gelatin dispersion, the concentration of SDS, the concentration of resorcinol, the stirring speed and the pH value on the synthesis and morphology of microcapsules were investigated. The urea-formaldehyde resin microcapsules have good sphericity, uniform size, smooth surface, covering rate of 15.56 and effective utilization ratio of 97.4.The electrophoretic response can be realized at 15V driving voltage. The coating technology of screen printing was explored. The effects of curing agent composition, curing agent dosage, mesh number and coating layer number on the coating effect were investigated using trifluorotoluene microcapsules as coating materials. The results showed that the image and color of the microcapsules were uniform, and there were no coating defects and smears. Image display can be realized at 15 V driving voltage. The contrast of the red and white display device is 1.81.
