一種高精度過溫保護電路的設(shè)計

【摘要】:基于UMC 0.25μm BCD工藝,設(shè)計了一款高精度過溫保護電路。通過基準(zhǔn)電路中三極管的基極-發(fā)射極電壓的負溫度特性實現(xiàn)溫度檢測,調(diào)節(jié)電阻的比值產(chǎn)生遲滯溫度量,避免了電路熱振蕩現(xiàn)象。經(jīng)過HSPICE仿真驗證,電路在溫度130℃時,過溫保護信號發(fā)生翻轉(zhuǎn),關(guān)斷芯片,待溫度降低到99℃時再次開啟,具有31℃遲滯量。在電源電壓變化時,過溫保護電路的過溫閾值和遲滯溫度漂移量最大僅為0.24℃偏差。
