SRAM型FPGA中SEM IP核的驗證與自動注錯方法

【摘要】:星載設(shè)備長時間工作在空間環(huán)境中,宇宙中的帶電粒子會造成器件功能異常,產(chǎn)生存儲器軟錯誤,嚴(yán)重時會損壞硬件電路。為模擬輻照環(huán)境對器件的影響,利用Xilinx公司的軟錯誤緩解(SEM)控制器IP核,搭建了基于Xilinx Kintex-7的驗證與測試平臺,完成對SEM IP核的功能驗證。為提高測試效率,設(shè)計了基于上述平臺的自動注錯方法。經(jīng)過驗證,該方法能夠達(dá)到預(yù)期的幀地址覆蓋率。實驗結(jié)果表明,SEM IP核具備軟錯誤注入與緩解功能,自動注錯方法有利于此IP核的實際應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The space-borne equipment works in the space environment for a long time. The charged particles in the universe will cause the abnormal function of the device, cause the memory soft error, and damage the hardware circuit seriously. In order to simulate the effect of irradiation environment on the device, the IP core of (SEM) controller is alleviated by using the soft error of Xilinx Company, and the verification and testing platform based on Xilinx Kintex-7 is built to verify the function of SEM IP core. In order to improve the test efficiency, an automatic error injection method based on the above platform is designed. It is proved that this method can achieve the expected frame address coverage. The experimental results show that the, SEM IP core has the function of soft error injection and mitigation, and the automatic error injection method is beneficial to the practical application of the IP kernel.
