紅外淺靜脈成像系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:靜脈輸液是一種經(jīng)皮下靜脈向人體輸入大量無(wú)菌溶液或藥物的治療方法,利用靜脈輸入藥物或血漿是挽救受傷人員生命的最快醫(yī)療手段。靜脈輸液的首要條件是觀察到靜脈血管,而受皮膚色素、血管深度、脂肪層等因素影響手背靜脈肉眼觀察不清晰。為提高靜脈穿刺效率,研究一種靜脈快速顯像裝置是十分必要的。 本文研究的內(nèi)容如下:人體靜脈的紅外光學(xué)特性,以及如何利用紅外攝像機(jī)對(duì)人體靜脈進(jìn)行清晰顯像;利用圖像增強(qiáng)技術(shù)對(duì)紅外圖片進(jìn)行增強(qiáng)的方法;輔助靜脈穿刺的手背靜脈圖像投影系統(tǒng)。 通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)得出的結(jié)果及分析表明,該紅外顯像系統(tǒng)最終產(chǎn)生的手背靜脈圖像比較清晰,遠(yuǎn)好于肉眼觀察的效果。因此該紅外顯像裝置可以極大的提高醫(yī)護(hù)人員靜脈穿刺的效率。研究成果有一定的商業(yè)應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Intravenous infusion is a therapeutic method of injecting a large amount of aseptic solution or medicine into human body through subcutaneous vein. Intravenous infusion of medicine or plasma is the fastest medical method to save the life of injured person. The primary condition of intravenous infusion is to observe the venous vessels, but the naked eye observation of the dorsal hand vein is not clear due to the effects of skin pigments, vascular depth, adipose layer and other factors. In order to improve the venipuncture efficiency, it is necessary to study a fast venipuncture imaging device. The contents of this paper are as follows: infrared optical characteristics of human veins, and how to use infrared camera to make a clear image of human veins, image enhancement technology to enhance infrared images; An image projection system of the dorsal hand vein for venipuncture. The experimental results and analysis show that the image of the dorsal hand vein produced by the infrared imaging system is clear and much better than that of the naked eye. Therefore, the infrared imaging device can greatly improve the efficiency of venipuncture. The research results have certain commercial application value.
