精密螺桿點(diǎn)膠泵點(diǎn)膠仿真分析及試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of microelectronic packaging industry, microelectronic packaging technology has been given higher requirements, such as smaller overall size, higher density, superior mechanical electrical connection performance and longer service life. As a key technology in microelectronic packaging technology, it is necessary to realize more accurate driving mode, more rapid response frequency, more accurate single-point glue solution and higher repeat precision of glue point. At present, most of the glue technology in the market is very difficult to meet these requirements, and the contact type precision screw point glue technology is a new dot glue technology, which has the advantages of high glue point precision, good consistency precision, wide application range and the like, This new technology and related products, precision screw point glue pump, have been monopolized by foreign technology. Therefore, it is very important to study the contact precision screw point glue pump. In this paper, the research and experimental study of a contact-type precision screw-point glue pump are studied in this paper. First of all, this paper introduces the common point glue technology at home and abroad and the analysis of its advantages and disadvantages, and emphatically introduces the advantages and the research status of the principle of the point glue of the contact precision screw point glue pump, and explains the research direction and the research of this paper. In this paper, the basic process of the point glue operation and the working principle of the whole point glue system are analyzed in detail, the rotor and stator of the core component of the precision screw point glue pump are analyzed, the sealing mechanism and the precision error in the working process are carried out. In this paper, the factors and reasons for affecting the glue quantity of the precision screw point gel pump and the precision of the point glue are put forward. According to the actual working condition, a set of rotors and stators are designed, and the three-dimensional CATIA modeling and assembly verification are carried out to ensure the feasibility of design and processing. Secondly, the structure composition and motion principle of precision screw point glue pump are analyzed, the rotor and stator are subjected to detailed stress analysis, and the force condition of the rotor under actual working condition is obtained. On the basis of this, a suitable shaft is selected for precision screw point glue pump. Bearing and flexible shaft, the mechanical feasibility of design is ensured; the experimental prototype of precision screw point glue pump is designed and manufactured; for the direct current micromotor which constitutes the driving system of precision screw point glue pump, the precision gear box is further researched, the structure composition of both is expounded, and the comparison is made. The influence factors of speed characteristic, current characteristic, no-load back gap characteristic and efficiency of DC micromotor and precision gear box are analyzed, and the relationship between motor output shaft torque and rotating speed is obtained. In addition, the requirements of the precision screw point glue pump to the control circuit are analyzed in detail, the open-loop control scheme and the closed-loop control scheme are explained and analyzed, and the two-loop control scheme of the current rotating speed is selected and analyzed in detail. The working principle and the flow of the detection signal in the control circuit are described; the explanation of the structure and the working principle is carried out on the incremental encoder of the detection signal in the control circuit; a suitable motor driver is customized and a precision screw point glue pump controller is designed to perform the work on each part of the controller; Finally, a complete precision screw point glue pump experiment platform is built according to the experiment requirement, and the glue performance of the precision screw point glue pump is tested by the viscosity of the glue liquid, the rotation speed of the motor and the pressure of the glue supply, and the factors are analyzed. The influence law of the quality precision of the dot glue is obtained. Through the experiment, the performance of the precision screw point glue pump prototype is obtained. Under the condition that the terminal voltage 24v of the motor is 24v, the shortest time of the prototype is 158ms, the viscosity of the prototype is from 10poise to 500poise, and the minimum is the minimum. The amount of glue is 0.0163ml, and the precision of glue is wrong. Difference control is within 1. 2%. Through experiment
