負(fù)群時延濾波器的設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:隨著微波射頻通信的快速發(fā)展,傳輸系統(tǒng)對相位和信號失真度等性能的要求逐漸提高,負(fù)群時延濾波器因其特殊的性能受到越來越多的關(guān)注。但是目前為止尚未形成關(guān)于負(fù)群時延濾波器的設(shè)計理論,且針對純微帶負(fù)群時延濾波器的相關(guān)研究成果較少,特別是可調(diào)的負(fù)群時延濾波器。本文在傳統(tǒng)帶通濾波器的綜合方法的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了負(fù)群時延濾波器的基于有損濾波器和帶阻濾波器的兩種方案的新型綜合方法,并以此為基礎(chǔ)分析和研究了負(fù)群時延濾波器的設(shè)計理論。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文設(shè)計了兩款負(fù)群時延濾波器,分別可實現(xiàn)固定負(fù)群時延濾波器及單/雙頻段可調(diào)負(fù)群時延濾波器。本文首先提出一種采用電耦合方式耦合的新型開環(huán)諧振器結(jié)構(gòu),并利用此結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計一款固定負(fù)群時延濾波器,并通過輸入/輸出阻抗匹配改善了濾波器的損耗特性。實測結(jié)果表明,該濾波器中心頻率為2.149 GHz,所能實現(xiàn)的負(fù)群時延為-15.22 ns,插入損耗小于27.43 dB。與相關(guān)研究相比,該濾波器能夠在衰減較小的情況下實現(xiàn)較大的負(fù)群時延。在固定負(fù)群時延濾波器設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,本文利用微帶線和短路耦合線設(shè)計了單/雙頻段可調(diào)的負(fù)群時延濾波器,所設(shè)計的可調(diào)濾波器具有靈活的調(diào)諧性,可以實現(xiàn)獨立可調(diào)的中心頻率和負(fù)群時延,也可同時對所有參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。單頻段可調(diào)濾波器能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)的中心頻率和負(fù)群時延的最大調(diào)節(jié)范圍分別為1.450~1.870 GHz和-2~-30 ns,雙頻段可調(diào)濾波器的中心頻率分別在1.435~1.855 GHz和2.395~2.695 GHz范圍內(nèi)可調(diào),負(fù)群時延最大可調(diào)范圍分別是-4~-22 ns和-4~-32 ns。實測結(jié)果均與仿真結(jié)果高度吻合,與相關(guān)研究成果相比,所設(shè)計的可調(diào)濾波器插入損耗更小且具有更寬的可調(diào)范圍。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of microwave radio frequency communication, the requirement of phase and signal distortion in transmission system has been improved gradually. The negative group delay filter has attracted more and more attention because of its special performance. However, there is no design theory on negative group delay filters, and there are few researches on pure microstrip negative group delay filters, especially tunable negative group delay filters. Based on the traditional synthesis method of bandpass filter, this paper presents a new synthesis method of negative group delay filter based on lossy filter and bandstop filter. Based on this, the design theory of negative group delay filter is analyzed and studied. On the basis of theoretical research, two negative group delay filters are designed, which can realize fixed negative group delay filters and adjustable negative group delay filters in single / double frequency band respectively. In this paper, a novel open-loop resonator structure with electrically coupled coupling is proposed, and a fixed negative group delay filter is designed using this structure. The loss characteristics of the filter are improved by the input / output impedance matching. The experimental results show that the negative group delay of the filter with a central frequency of 2.149 GHz, is -15.22 ns, and the insertion loss is less than 27.43 dB.. Compared with the related research, the filter can achieve a large negative group delay in the case of less attenuation. Based on the design of fixed negative group delay filter, a single / double band tunable negative group delay filter is designed by using microstrip line and short circuit coupling line. The tunable filter is flexible and tunable. It can realize independent adjustable center frequency and negative group delay, and can also adjust all parameters at the same time. The maximum adjustable range of the center frequency and negative group delay of single frequency tunable filter is 1.450V 1.870 GHz and -2um -30 ns, respectively. The center frequency of the tunable filter is adjustable in the range of 1.435 ~ 1.855 GHz and 2.395n / 2.695 GHz, respectively. The maximum tunable range of negative group delay is -4 ~ 22 ns and -4 ~ 32 ns., respectively. The measured results are in good agreement with the simulation results. Compared with the related research results, the insertion loss of the designed tunable filter is smaller and has a wider adjustable range.
