基于1比特技術(shù)數(shù)字音頻功率放大器設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著電子技術(shù)和數(shù)字信號(hào)處理技術(shù)的發(fā)展,音頻功率放大器的發(fā)展也進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的時(shí)代,數(shù)字功率放大器相對(duì)于模擬功放具有高效率、保真度高、功放和揚(yáng)聲器的匹配好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),但目前應(yīng)用較為廣泛的數(shù)字音頻功放為PWM(脈沖寬度調(diào)制)功放結(jié)構(gòu),它在將信號(hào)解調(diào)的過程中,會(huì)產(chǎn)生誤差,,同時(shí)信號(hào)的輸出波形不夠平滑,噪聲較高,對(duì)信號(hào)的恢復(fù)程度較弱。 針對(duì)此類問題,本文采用以DSP為核心設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)字音頻功率放大器模塊,利用內(nèi)插算法和調(diào)制算法實(shí)現(xiàn)1比特激勵(lì)信號(hào)的輸出,替代傳統(tǒng)的PWM轉(zhuǎn)化過程。同原有的PWM數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)方式相比,本方案可以減小失真,降低噪聲,在高音質(zhì)輸出方面有較好的設(shè)計(jì)效果。 本文是對(duì)數(shù)字音頻大功率放大系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)及研究,適用于廣場(chǎng)、會(huì)議室等場(chǎng)合,具有對(duì)音頻系統(tǒng)及音頻效果需求較高的特點(diǎn)。結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段數(shù)字功率放大器的相關(guān)技術(shù)及未來的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),針對(duì)課題需求,應(yīng)用DSP實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字功放的1比特激勵(lì)信號(hào),并配合相應(yīng)的外圍電路,完成系統(tǒng)的供電、保護(hù)等模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。 結(jié)合系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)需求,選擇一款合適的核心處理器,TI公司的67XX系列DSP以其在數(shù)字信號(hào)處理上的優(yōu)勢(shì)和先進(jìn)的芯片性能可以比較容易的實(shí)現(xiàn)該設(shè)計(jì)的主要功能,完成系統(tǒng)中重要的內(nèi)插和調(diào)制模塊,并可以通過其豐富的外設(shè)接口完成數(shù)據(jù)的輸入和輸出。開發(fā)過程中利用TI的軟件開發(fā)平臺(tái)CCS組織DSP系統(tǒng)的軟件結(jié)構(gòu),并通過CCS觀察和驗(yàn)證算法在DSP內(nèi)的實(shí)現(xiàn)情況。 論文闡述了系統(tǒng)方案的設(shè)計(jì)目的及任務(wù),研究了1比特技術(shù)的相關(guān)算法,完成了各模塊電路的硬件設(shè)計(jì)及軟件設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)音頻輸出信號(hào)進(jìn)行分析,完成系統(tǒng)整體性能測(cè)試,最后總結(jié)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的總體情況,提出了設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)改進(jìn)工作和項(xiàng)目發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of electronic technology and digital signal processing technology, the development of audio power amplifier has entered a new era. Compared with analog power amplifier, digital power amplifier has high efficiency and high fidelity. The power amplifier and loudspeaker match well, but the widely used digital audio power amplifier is PWM (Pulse width Modulation) power amplifier structure, it will produce error in the process of demodulating the signal, and the output waveform of the signal is not smooth enough. The noise is high and the recovery degree of the signal is weak. To solve this problem, a digital audio power amplifier module with DSP as the core is adopted in this paper. The output of 1-bit excitation signal is realized by interpolation algorithm and modulation algorithm, instead of the traditional PWM conversion process. Compared with the original PWM digital design method, this scheme can reduce distortion and noise, and has better design effect in the aspect of high-tone output. This paper is about the design and research of digital audio high-power amplifier system, which is suitable for the situation of square and conference room, and has the characteristics of high demand for audio system and audio effect. Combined with the related technology of digital power amplifier at present and the development trend in the future, according to the demand of the subject, we use DSP to realize the 1-bit excitation signal of digital power amplifier, and cooperate with the corresponding peripheral circuit to complete the power supply of the system. Protection module design. According to the requirement of system design, it is easy to realize the main function of this design by choosing a suitable core processor, 67XX series DSP of TI Company, because of its advantages in digital signal processing and advanced chip performance. The important interpolation and modulation modules in the system are completed, and the data input and output can be completed through its rich peripheral interface. In the process of development, the software structure of DSP system is organized by CCS, a software development platform of TI, and the realization of the algorithm in DSP is observed and verified by CCS. This paper describes the design purpose and task of the system, studies the related algorithms of 1-bit technology, completes the hardware design and software design of each module circuit, and analyzes the audio output signal to complete the overall performance test of the system. Finally, the general situation of the system design is summarized, and the related improvement work and the project development direction are put forward.
