【摘要】：為滿足人們對揚聲器和麥克風(fēng)日益增加的需求,提高手機揚聲器的生產(chǎn)效率、降低揚聲器和麥克風(fēng)的綜合生產(chǎn)成本,需要對揚聲器生產(chǎn)線進行自動化改造。在揚聲器的整條加工生產(chǎn)線上,音圈生產(chǎn)設(shè)備是保證揚聲器質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵,故而對音圈生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的自動化改造具有重要的理論和經(jīng)濟價值。本文采取激光切割的方式代替原有的刀具切割方式完成音圈線的切割工序,通過分析比較選取最為經(jīng)濟和便捷的激光器類型;通過系統(tǒng)建模分析,選擇最合適的激光功率,并對其數(shù)值進行實驗驗證。結(jié)果表明激光切線能夠大大增加音圈生產(chǎn)效率,音圈線切割質(zhì)量也有了較大程度的提高。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the increasing demand for loudspeakers and microphones, improve the production efficiency of mobile phone loudspeakers, and reduce the comprehensive production cost of loudspeakers and microphones, it is necessary to automate the loudspeaker production line. In the whole production line of loudspeaker, the production equipment of voice coil is the key to ensure the quality of loudspeaker, so it has important theoretical and economic value for the automatic transformation of the production equipment of loudspeaker. In this paper, the laser cutting method is adopted instead of the original cutting tool to complete the cutting procedure of the voice coil line, the most economical and convenient laser type is selected through the analysis and comparison, and the most suitable laser power is selected through the modeling and analysis of the system. And its numerical value is verified by experiment. The results show that the laser tangent line can greatly increase the production efficiency of the voice coil, and the quality of the wire cutting of the voice coil is also greatly improved.
