一種適用于生理信號的OTA-C濾波器

【摘要】:設(shè)計了一種全集成頻率可調(diào)的OTA-C濾波器,主要應(yīng)用于低頻率生理信號的處理。其中,跨導放大器(OTA)采用串并聯(lián)金屬氧化物半導體場效應(yīng)晶體管(MOSFET)陣列結(jié)構(gòu)。通過改變外部控制電壓,進而改變OTA的跨導值,可以實現(xiàn)濾波器截止頻率可調(diào)。濾波器采用標準的0.18μm CMOS工藝,電源電壓為1.8 V。當OTA的偏置電流為0.01μA時,其等效跨導低至1.3×10~(-10)S,得到OTA-C濾波器的截止頻率為0.2 Hz。調(diào)節(jié)外部電壓,使偏置電流在0.01~0.5μA之間變化,OTA的等效跨導值為1.3×10~(-10)~1.2×10~(-9)S,OTA-C的截止頻率為0.2~2 Hz。
[Abstract]:A fully integrated frequency adjustable OTA-C filter is designed, which is mainly used in the processing of low frequency physiological signals. Among them, the transconductance amplifier (OTA) adopts a series and parallel metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) array structure. By changing the external control voltage and then changing the transconductance of OTA, the filter cutoff frequency can be adjusted. The filter adopts the standard 0.18 渭 m CMOS process and the power supply voltage is 1.8 V. When the bias current of OTA is 0. 01 渭 A, the equivalent transconductance is as low as 1. 3 脳 10 ~ (-10) S, and the cut-off frequency of OTA-C filter is 0. 2 Hz.. By adjusting the external voltage, the offset current varies between 0.01 渭 A and 0.5 渭 A.
