基于PR控制的二極管鉗位三電平有源電力濾波器的研究

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的深入發(fā)展,各種非線(xiàn)性負(fù)荷的使用方便了人們的生產(chǎn)與生活,但同時(shí)大量諧波電流源的引入對(duì)配電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量造成了非常嚴(yán)重的影響。并聯(lián)型有源電力濾波器作為一種電力電子裝置,能夠在消除電網(wǎng)諧波電流的同時(shí)補(bǔ)償無(wú)功功率。特別地,基于多電平技術(shù)的有源電力濾波器具有開(kāi)關(guān)頻率低、適合高壓大容量場(chǎng)所等優(yōu)點(diǎn),成為當(dāng)前研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文研究分析基于二極管鉗位式三電平有源電力濾波器的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),包括開(kāi)關(guān)器件調(diào)制策略、諧波檢測(cè)算法、鎖相環(huán)技術(shù)和電流跟蹤控制。論文首先分析了二極管鉗位式三電平有源電力濾波器的基本工作原理和調(diào)制策略,根據(jù)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和開(kāi)關(guān)相量組合分析中性點(diǎn)電壓不平衡的原因,介紹兩種消除中性點(diǎn)電壓不平衡的方法。接著通過(guò)基于瞬時(shí)無(wú)功功率理論的分析,論文介紹了有源電力濾波器諧波檢測(cè)方法主要包含兩種,p-q法只適用于電網(wǎng)電壓平衡條件下,而ip-iq法可以適用于電網(wǎng)電壓畸變的情況。然后闡述了SSRF-SPLL、DDSRF-SPLL兩種軟件鎖相環(huán)方法,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過(guò)仿真驗(yàn)證了DDSRF-SPLL對(duì)電網(wǎng)電壓不平衡具有很強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)性。最后論文建立了三電平APF數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了PI控制策略與PR控制策略,PR控制器能做到電流無(wú)靜差跟蹤,也不受電網(wǎng)電壓的擾動(dòng)作用,構(gòu)建雙環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),仿真結(jié)果表明了其有效性。
[Abstract]:With the further development of industrial modernization, the use of various nonlinear loads facilitates people's production and life, but at the same time, the introduction of a large number of harmonic current sources has a very serious impact on the power quality of distribution network. As a kind of power electronic device, shunt active power filter can compensate reactive power while eliminating harmonic current. In particular, the active power filter based on multilevel technology has the advantages of low switching frequency and suitable for high voltage and large capacity. In this paper, several key technologies of diode clamped three-level active power filter are studied and analyzed, including switching device modulation strategy, harmonic detection algorithm, phase-locked loop technology and current tracking control. In this paper, the basic principle and modulation strategy of diode clamped three-level active power filter are analyzed, and the reason of neutral voltage imbalance is analyzed according to topology and switch phasor combination. Two methods to eliminate neutral voltage imbalance are introduced. Then, based on the analysis of instantaneous reactive power theory, this paper introduces that the harmonic detection method of active power filter mainly includes two kinds of p-q method, which can only be used in the condition of voltage balance, while ip-iq method can be used in the case of voltage distortion. Then two kinds of software phase-locked loop (PLL) methods of SSRF-SPLL DDSRF-SPLL are described and the mathematical model is established. The simulation results show that DDSRF-SPLL has a strong adaptability to the voltage imbalance of the power network. Finally, a three-level APF mathematical model is established, and the Pi control strategy and PR control strategy are analyzed. The PR controller can achieve no static error tracking of current, and can not be disturbed by the voltage of the power network. A double-loop control system is constructed. Simulation results show its effectiveness.
