低相噪高隔離相參頻率源研制

【摘要】:介紹了一種低相噪高隔離的相參頻率源裝置,主要功能為在70mm×80mm×18mm的體積下產生高穩(wěn)定低相噪接收本振信號和與其相參的激勵信號。該裝置采用推-推式介質振蕩器結合抗振動設計實現了振動狀態(tài)下高穩(wěn)定低相噪本振源;采用HFSS仿真高矩形系數的濾波器實現相參激勵信號的高本振抑制。實測Ku波段隨機振動下相參激勵信號相位噪聲≤-105dBc/Hz@10kHz,相參激勵端口本振信號抑制≥45dB,接收本振端口的相參激勵信號泄露≤-90dBm。
[Abstract]:A coherent frequency source device with low phase noise and high isolation is introduced. The main function of the device is to generate the local oscillator signal with high stability and low phase noise at the volume of 70mm 脳 80mm 脳 18mm and the excitation signal coherent with it. The device uses push-push dielectric oscillator combined with anti-vibration design to realize the local oscillator source with high stability and low phase noise in vibration state, and uses HFSS to simulate the filter with high rectangular coefficient to suppress the high local vibration of coherent excitation signal.
