長波紅外變焦系統(tǒng)的設計與研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的發(fā)展,光學設計行業(yè)也越來越得到人們的關注,并且逐步成為目前各國研究的一個重要領域。紅外線能夠穿透塵埃和煙霧,可以利用其進行夜間探測,紅外變焦探測器也就以其獨特的優(yōu)越性滲入到一些特殊的行業(yè)中。根據(jù)中國人民解放軍總裝備部某工廠的要求,本文設計了一款長波紅外變焦鏡頭。由于加入非球面設計,此鏡頭結構簡單易安裝,并且像質(zhì)良好。 本文首先介紹了紅外變焦鏡頭發(fā)展的概況,然后簡單介紹了變焦鏡頭的三種補償方式,重點介紹了機械補償法,并對其補償曲線進行了分析,選擇負組補償?shù)姆绞竭M行結構設計。 基于一款專利US4148548A的初始結構,運用光學設計軟件CODE-V進行優(yōu)化設計。本款探測器要求結構簡單,為簡化系統(tǒng)結構,消除像差,本文增加非球面設計,并從場曲,畸變,調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)等方面對系統(tǒng)的像質(zhì)進行評價,通過對像質(zhì)評價發(fā)現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)在各個焦距時的畸變基本為零,場曲也在允許的范圍之內(nèi),MTF值在極限頻率時更是達到了0.5以上。 結合應用與實際生產(chǎn),本文對系統(tǒng)的MTF值進行了公差分析,得到MTF值在0.4上的概率都達到99%。 最后本文引用了一種新型的方法來設計凸輪曲線。即在PROE軟件中輸入變倍組移動位置的點,通過設置適當?shù)臋M縱坐標得到平滑的凸輪曲線,這種方法比一般的編程法簡便。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the optical design industry has attracted more and more attention, and has gradually become an important field of research in various countries. Infrared rays can penetrate dust and smoke, and can be used for night detection. Infrared zoom detectors also infiltrate into some special industries with their unique advantages. In this paper, a long-wave infrared zoom lens is designed to meet the requirements of a factory of the PLA General Equipment Department. Because of the aspheric design, the lens is easy to install and has good image quality.
Firstly, this paper introduces the general situation of infrared zoom lens development, and then briefly introduces three compensation methods of zoom lens, focusing on the mechanical compensation method, and analyzes the compensation curve, choosing the negative group compensation method for structural design.
Based on the initial structure of a patented US4148548A, the optical design software CODE-V is used to optimize the design. The detector requires simple structure. In order to simplify the system structure and eliminate aberration, aspheric design is added in this paper. The image quality of the system is evaluated from field curvature, distortion, modulation transfer function and so on. The distortion of the system at each focal length is basically zero, and the field curvature is within the allowable range. The MTF value is above 0.5 at the limiting frequency.
Combining with practical application and production, the tolerance analysis of MTF value of the system is carried out, and the probability of MTF value above 0.4 is 99%.
Finally, a new method is introduced to design the cam curve, that is, to input the point of the moving position of the doubling set in PROE software, and to obtain the smooth cam curve by setting the proper abscissa-ordinate coordinates. This method is simpler than the general programming method.
