基于信號干擾理論的差分帶通濾波器

【摘要】:基于信號干擾理論,提出了一種差分寬帶帶通濾波器結(jié)構(gòu)。由于該濾波器結(jié)構(gòu)具有互補對稱性,使該濾波器在差模激勵時表現(xiàn)為帶通濾波器,在共模激勵時表現(xiàn)為帶阻濾波器。另外,共模激勵時,輸入/輸出端口之間有兩條電長度不同的傳輸路徑,使得共模信號在整個通帶范圍內(nèi)得到很好的抑制。試驗結(jié)果表明:差模通帶中心頻率f0為7.85GHz;最大回波損耗低于-25dB;3dB相對帶寬為61%(5.5~10.2GHz);通帶內(nèi)插入損耗最小可達(dá)0.2dB。在差模通帶內(nèi),共模抑制最小可達(dá)-20dB,其中-20dB抑制共模阻帶帶寬可覆蓋5.5~10.2GHz,實測結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果吻合。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of signal interference, a differential wideband bandpass filter structure is proposed. Due to the complementary symmetry of the filter structure, the filter behaves as a band-pass filter under differential mode excitation and as a band-stop filter under common-mode excitation. In addition, when common-mode excitation, there are two transmission paths with different electrical lengths between the input and output ports, so that the common-mode signals are well suppressed in the whole passband range. The experimental results show that the center frequency f _ 0 is 7.85 GHz, the maximum return loss is less than -25 dB ~ 3 dB relative bandwidth is 61% (5.5~10.2GHz), and the minimum insertion loss in pass band is 0.2 dB. In the differential mode passband, the minimum common mode suppression can reach -20dB, in which -20dB suppression common-mode stopband bandwidth can cover 5.5g / 10.2GHz. The measured results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
