一種c波段帶狀線定向耦合器的研究設(shè)計與實際應(yīng)用

【摘要】:定向耦合器是一種四端口的分布參數(shù)的微波網(wǎng)絡(luò)元件,其具有方向性的耦合特點,可以在對主射頻信號影響極小的情形下,實現(xiàn)對主信號的監(jiān)控測量,因而被大量應(yīng)用到現(xiàn)代微波通信系統(tǒng)中。通過定向耦合器的應(yīng)用,可以很方便快捷的得到系統(tǒng)的很多重要參數(shù),從而可以確定系統(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài)。帶狀線定向耦合器具有各種定向耦合器比較折中的特點,方向性較好,體積小,方便集成應(yīng)用,因此帶狀線定向耦合器具有極高的研究應(yīng)用價值。定向耦合的方向性是其最主要的技術(shù)指標(biāo),也是研究重點,對定向耦合器小型化、寬頻帶的研究也極其重要。在保證帶狀線定向耦合器方向性的同時,如何設(shè)計后續(xù)的檢波電路、數(shù)字電路以及功率檢測和駐波比的程序算法也是本論文設(shè)計的難點與重點。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1、所設(shè)計的帶狀線定向耦合器結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸小巧緊湊符合系統(tǒng)要求,在設(shè)計的帶寬內(nèi)耦合器對于發(fā)射機(jī)發(fā)功率的功率檢測準(zhǔn)確,每個工作頻點在在20多個dB的范圍內(nèi)功率檢測誤差在±1dB以內(nèi),實現(xiàn)了帶狀線定向耦合器模塊精確功率檢測功能。2、帶狀線定向耦合器在設(shè)計的帶寬內(nèi)當(dāng)發(fā)射機(jī)系統(tǒng)連接正常時,對天饋線駐波系數(shù)的檢測準(zhǔn)確。當(dāng)發(fā)射機(jī)系統(tǒng)天饋線開路的情況下,能檢測到駐波比告警,耦合器通過串口發(fā)出指令關(guān)斷發(fā)射機(jī)電源,從而有效的保護(hù)發(fā)射機(jī)。帶狀線定向耦合器的應(yīng)用前景非常廣泛,是很多射頻微波系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。隨著無線通信事業(yè)的發(fā)展,會刺激著帶狀線定向耦合器不斷向前發(fā)展。材料技術(shù)的更新,精密加工技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及先進(jìn)的計算機(jī)仿真軟件的不斷進(jìn)步,將會是帶狀線定向耦合器發(fā)展進(jìn)步的主要方向。定向耦合器的發(fā)展勢必會影響到未來射頻微波相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,會間接改善人們生活方式,為社會做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The directional coupler is a kind of microwave network element with four port distribution parameters. It has the characteristic of directional coupling and can realize the monitoring and measurement of the main signal in the case of the small influence on the main radio frequency signal. Therefore, it is widely used in the modern microwave communication system. Through the application of directional coupler, it can be very convenient and quick. A lot of important parameters of the system can be obtained, thus the working state of the system can be determined. The strip line directional coupler has the characteristics of all kinds of directional couplers, the directional coupler is better, the volume is small, and it is convenient for the integrated application. Therefore, the strip line directional coupler has a very high research and application value. The directional coupling direction is the most important. The technical index is also the focus of research. It is also very important to study the miniaturization of directional couplers and wide band. In order to ensure the directional coupler direction of the strip line, how to design the follow-up circuit, digital circuit, power detection and the program algorithm in Bobbi is also the difficult and key point in this paper. The features are as follows: 1, the designed band line directional coupler has small compact size and compact size, which meets the requirements of the system. In the designed bandwidth, the coupler can detect the power of the transmitter accurately. The power detection error is within + 1dB within the range of each working frequency in the range of more than 20 dB, and the precision power of the strip line directional coupler module is realized. Detection function.2, band line directional coupler in the design bandwidth, when the transmitter system is connected to normal, the detection of the standing wave coefficient of the feeder line is accurate.
