基于多芯光纖級聯(lián)布喇格光纖光柵的橫向壓力與溫度同時(shí)測量

【摘要】:提出并制作了一種基于多芯光纖與單模光纖錯(cuò)位構(gòu)成的馬赫-曾德爾干涉儀,將其與光纖布喇格光柵級聯(lián),形成的全光纖傳感系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)橫向壓力和溫度雙參量同時(shí)測量.馬赫-曾德爾干涉儀是利用多芯光纖和單模光纖的模場不匹配而發(fā)生模間干涉,當(dāng)外界橫向壓力直接作用在多芯光纖內(nèi)部光場,干涉儀具有較高的靈敏度.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:馬赫-曾德爾干涉儀壓力靈敏度為28.57nm/(N·mm~(-1)),線性度為0.997,而光纖布喇格光柵在一定范圍內(nèi)對壓力變化不敏感;馬赫-曾德干涉儀和光纖布喇格光柵對溫度變化都具有較高的線性度,溫度靈敏度分別為56.1pm/℃和11.3pm/℃.對于分辨率為0.02nm的光譜儀,傳感器可實(shí)現(xiàn)的壓力和溫度測量分辨率分別為7.0×10~(-4)N/mm和0.03℃.馬赫-曾德爾干涉儀的透射譜和光纖布拉光柵的諧振峰對橫向壓力和溫度的變化有不同的光譜響應(yīng),利用光譜儀對傳感器的透射譜實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測,方便地實(shí)現(xiàn)了壓力與溫度雙參量的測量.該傳感器結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,靈敏度高,可用于不同領(lǐng)域的壓力傳感.
[Abstract]:A Mach-Zehnder interferometer based on the dislocation of multi-core fiber and single-mode fiber is proposed and fabricated. It is cascaded with fiber Bragg grating to realize the simultaneous measurement of transverse pressure and temperature. The Mach-Zehnder interferometer uses the mode field mismatch between the multi-core fiber and the single-mode fiber to produce intermodal interference. When the external transverse pressure acts directly on the optical field inside the multi-core fiber the interferometer has high sensitivity. The experimental results show that the pressure sensitivity of Mach Zehnder interferometer is 28.57nm/ (Nmm-1), linearity is 0.997), but the fiber Bragg grating is not sensitive to pressure change in a certain range.
