基于內(nèi)循環(huán)水冷系統(tǒng)的小型化電光調(diào)Q激光器

【摘要】:報道了一種基于內(nèi)循環(huán)水冷系統(tǒng)的10 MW級高峰值功率窄脈寬小型化電光調(diào)Q Nd∶YAG激光器。采用機電一體內(nèi)循環(huán)水冷結(jié)構(gòu),有效地減小了激光器體積,整機尺寸為320 mm×150 mm×150 mm。當LD泵浦源能量為800 m J時(注入電流為100 A),獲得了137 m J的靜態(tài)激光輸出,光-光轉(zhuǎn)換效率為17.1%;電光調(diào)Q后在驅(qū)動頻率為30 Hz的條件下,獲得了100 m J,脈寬9.9 ns的激光輸出,光-光轉(zhuǎn)換效率為12.5%,動靜比為73%。激光器連續(xù)工作1.5 h不穩(wěn)定度小于3%。
[Abstract]:A 10MW high peak power narrow pulse width miniaturized electro-optic Q-switched Nd:YAG laser based on internal circulating water cooling system is reported. The volume of the laser is reduced effectively by adopting the internal circulating water cooling structure of electromechanical system. The size of the whole machine is 320 mm 脳 150 mm. When the energy of LD pump source is 800mJ (injection current is 100 A), the static laser output is 137mJ, and the optical-optical conversion efficiency is 17.1.The laser output of 100mJ and pulse width of 9.9 ns is obtained at the driving frequency of 30Hz after electro-optic Q-switching. The conversion efficiency of light to light is 12.5 and the ratio of static to static is 73. The instability of the laser is less than 3 in 1.5 h.
