列車機車諧波電流測量及電磁兼容性評估研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,對于高速運輸能力的需求日益增加,高速鐵路進入全面發(fā)展的階段。隨著交直交型機車在高速鐵路上的廣泛應用,交流傳動系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的諧波問題也日益突出,嚴重影響了鐵路的安全性和正常運營。一方面牽引回流的諧波分量頻率若落在軌道電路信號的帶寬范圍內(nèi),則會嚴重影響軌道電路系統(tǒng)的正常工作;另一方面,電力機車注入牽引網(wǎng)中的諧波電流在一定條件下會引發(fā)電網(wǎng)發(fā)生諧振,過電流或電壓造成牽引供電系統(tǒng)故障等導致列車停運。因此,解決交流傳動系統(tǒng)的諧波問題成為高速鐵路亟需解決的技術難題之一。 論文在簡單闡述了基于干擾的牽引供電系統(tǒng)結構的基礎上,詳細介紹了軌道交通機車車輛與軌道電路兼容性問題。依據(jù)CLC/TS50238-2《鐵路應用-軌道交通機車車輛與列車檢測系統(tǒng)的兼容性-第2部分:與軌道電路間的兼容性》標準,介紹了ZPW-2000和FTGS46/917兩種軌道電路類型的干擾電流限值以及數(shù)據(jù)處理方法。而后,具體描述了諧波電流自動測量系統(tǒng)軟硬件的詳細實現(xiàn),并對該諧波自動測試系統(tǒng)進行了功能驗證,實驗證明此套自動測試系統(tǒng)能夠正常穩(wěn)定工作,測試數(shù)據(jù)正確可靠。最后,利用此系統(tǒng)在某條高鐵線路上進行實地試驗,采集得到牽引電流數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,給出了機車車輛與軌道電路兼容性結論,牽引電流的主要諧波分布情況及主要諧波隨列車工況變化規(guī)律。 對于牽引網(wǎng)諧振問題,論文首先論述了分布參數(shù)傳輸線理論及二端口等效π型模型,隨后進一步針對多導體傳輸線系統(tǒng),利用矩陣特征值分解的思想,將多導體傳輸線變換為單相傳輸線處理,通過理論推導的形式給出了已知終端電壓、電流條件下電壓、電流的通式閉解形式。然后運用多導體傳輸系統(tǒng)降階模型中的阻抗降階方法和導納降階方法,將牽引網(wǎng)多導體傳輸線系統(tǒng)等效為單相傳輸線等值π型模型進行研究。在Matlab仿真軟件中建立牽引網(wǎng)諧振仿真模型,包括牽引網(wǎng)等效建模,電力機車等效建模,牽引變電所等效建模,研究牽引網(wǎng)諧振機理及影響諧振因素。運用研究結果解釋了列車在實際運行過程中的牽引網(wǎng)諧振現(xiàn)象,對比實地采集的牽引電流諧波數(shù)據(jù),證明了仿真結果的正確性,并根據(jù)仿真結果指出了抑制諧振的有效方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the demand for high-speed transportation capacity is increasing day by day, and high-speed railway has entered the stage of all-round development. With the wide application of AC-DC-AC locomotives in high-speed railway, the harmonic problem caused by AC transmission system is becoming more and more prominent, which seriously affects the safety and normal operation of railway. On the one hand, if the harmonic component frequency of traction reflux falls within the bandwidth of the track circuit signal, it will seriously affect the normal operation of the track circuit system; on the other hand, The harmonic current injected into the traction network of electric locomotives will lead to the resonance of the power network under certain conditions, and the overcurrent or voltage will lead to the breakdown of the traction power supply system, which will lead to the train outage. Therefore, to solve the harmonic problem of AC transmission system has become one of the technical problems urgently needed to be solved in high speed railway. On the basis of a brief description of the structure of traction power supply system based on interference, the compatibility between railway locomotive and rail circuit is introduced in detail in this paper. According to CLC / TS50238-2 < Railway Application-compatibility of Railway Locomotive and Rolling Stock and Train Detection system-part 2: compatibility with track Circuits > Standard, the interference current limits and data processing methods of ZPW-2000 and FTGS46 / 917 rail circuits are introduced. Then, the detailed realization of the hardware and software of the harmonic current automatic measurement system is described in detail, and the function of the harmonic automatic measuring system is verified. The experiment proves that the automatic testing system can work normally and stably, and the test data are correct and reliable. Finally, the system is used to carry out field tests on a high-speed railway line, and the traction current data are collected and analyzed, and the conclusion of the compatibility between locomotive and track circuit is given. The distribution of the main harmonics of the traction current and the variation of the main harmonics with the train working conditions. For the resonance problem of traction network, the theory of distributed parameter transmission line and the two-port equivalent 蟺 type model are discussed in this paper, and then the idea of matrix eigenvalue decomposition is used to solve the problem of multi-conductor transmission line system. The multi-conductor transmission lines are transformed into single-phase transmission lines and the general closed solutions of the known terminal voltage current voltage and current are given through theoretical derivation. Then, by using the impedance reduction method and admittance reduction method in the order reduction model of multi-conductor transmission system, the equivalent 蟺 type model of single-phase transmission line for traction network multi-conductor transmission line system is studied. The resonance simulation model of traction network is established in Matlab software, including equivalent modeling of traction network, equivalent modeling of electric locomotive and equivalent modeling of traction substation. The resonance mechanism of traction network and its influencing factors are studied. By using the research results, the resonance phenomenon of the traction network in the actual operation of the train is explained, and the validity of the simulation results is proved by comparing the harmonic data of the traction current collected in the field, and the effective method to suppress the resonance is pointed out according to the simulation results.
