電磁超聲導(dǎo)波大功率激勵(lì)信號(hào)的線性放大方法

【摘要】:針對(duì)電磁超聲導(dǎo)波大功率激勵(lì)信號(hào)的線性放大問(wèn)題,研究采用多個(gè)功率場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管線性放大并聯(lián)輸出電路作為功率輸出級(jí),以提高線性放大后信號(hào)輸出功率的方法。采用前級(jí)場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管線性放大電路源極驅(qū)動(dòng)方式為功率輸出級(jí)電路設(shè)置靜態(tài)工作點(diǎn),并提供瞬態(tài)交流輸入信號(hào)。采用差分結(jié)構(gòu)配置整個(gè)電路以抑制開(kāi)關(guān)特性引起的抖動(dòng),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)低功耗、大瞬態(tài)輸出功率的線性放大電路的設(shè)計(jì)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該線性放大電路能驅(qū)動(dòng)中心頻率為180 k Hz的電磁超聲傳感器,且能獲得高信噪比的導(dǎo)波檢測(cè)信號(hào);在驅(qū)動(dòng)50?標(biāo)準(zhǔn)負(fù)載時(shí)能輸出瞬態(tài)功率可達(dá)1.8 k W的導(dǎo)波激勵(lì)信號(hào),且波形失真小。所提出的電磁超聲導(dǎo)波大功率激勵(lì)信號(hào)的線性放大方法能有效指導(dǎo)該類電路的設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of linear amplification of high power excitation signal of electromagnetic ultrasonic guided wave, a method of improving the output power of linear amplified signal by using multiple power FET linear amplifying parallel output circuits as power output stage is studied. In this paper, the source driving mode of the linear amplifier of the front stage FET is used to set the static operating point for the power output stage circuit, and to provide the transient AC input signal. The differential structure is used to configure the whole circuit to suppress the jitter caused by the switching characteristics, so as to realize the design of the linear amplifier circuit with low power consumption and large transient output power. The experimental results show that the linear amplifier can drive the electromagnetic ultrasonic sensor with a central frequency of 180kHz and obtain a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) guided wave detection signal. Under standard load, a pilot wave excitation signal with a transient power of 1.8 kW can be output, and the waveform distortion is small. The proposed linear amplification method of electromagnetic ultrasonic guided wave high power excitation signal can effectively guide the design of this kind of circuit.
