基于三分之一模基片集成諧振器的帶通濾波器和平面魔T的研究與設(shè)計
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of wireless communication, communication equipment is developing towards miniaturization, low cost, low loss and more portable. SIW: substrate Integrated waveguide has been a hot topic in recent years. Because of its high quality factor, high power capacity, small size and easy to process, it has been widely used in microwave millimeter wave circuits. In the past few decades, a large number of literatures have studied the rectangular and circular integrated waveguide, but the triangular substrate integrated waveguide is rarely studied. Compared with them, triangular substrate integrated waveguide has the characteristics of compact structure and easy layout. Based on the triangular substrate integrated resonator, this paper presents a novel resonator structure: One-third mode substrate integrated resonator (OTMIR), and designs the bandpass filter and planar magic T based on the OTMIIR. The research work of this paper mainly includes the following contents: firstly, the development of substrate integrated waveguide and the application of substrate integrated technology in microwave millimeter wave devices and circuits are introduced, and the substrate integrated waveguide is also introduced. Basic knowledge of defect ground structure and waveguide magic T. Then, on the basis of the triangular substrate integrated waveguide, Otis IRs is proposed. The structure of the resonator, the main mode resonance frequency, the quality factor and the coupling coefficient between the two resonators are studied. Then, the single cavity four-mode and multi-cavity coupling band-pass filters are designed by using the different propagation modes in Otis IR. Because the stopband suppression is poor, the out-of-band characteristic is improved by adding the defected ground structure (DGs) to achieve the requirement of good out-of-band suppression. Finally, the application of multi-port circuit based on Otis IR is studied. A pentagonal power divider is designed based on the flexible shape of Otis IR. Then, by introducing the slot line, the power distributor is upgraded to a plane demon. The bandpass filter and planar magic T designed in this paper are processed into samples and tested. Compared with the existing structures in the literature, the microwave devices based on OTMS320IR have the characteristics of compact structure and large bandwidth. It is shown that OTMS320IR is very suitable for the design of microwave millimeter wave miniaturized broadband circuits in the future.
