基于參考信號注入的TIADC時(shí)間失配校準(zhǔn)算法

【摘要】:提出了一種基于參考信號注入的TIADC時(shí)間失配后臺(tái)校準(zhǔn)算法。該校準(zhǔn)算法統(tǒng)計(jì)通道間的參考信號過零點(diǎn)個(gè)數(shù),比較相鄰2個(gè)峰值的大小,計(jì)算得出誤差系數(shù),并將該誤差系數(shù)反饋回時(shí)鐘采樣控制單元進(jìn)行校正。采用Simulink軟件建立12位5通道TIADC模型,仿真結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)f_(in)/f_s≈0.040 3時(shí),有效位數(shù)從8.1位提升到11.8位,驗(yàn)證了算法的可行性。算法中的時(shí)間失配誤差提取與TIADC分開,并行處理,保證了輸入信號在整個(gè)奈奎斯特頻率范圍內(nèi)不受影響。該校準(zhǔn)算法消耗資源少,易于硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)。
