【摘要】:OTA-C濾波器是CMOS模擬集成電路設(shè)計領(lǐng)域里的前沿課題,它在自動控制通信工程,電子信息傳輸?shù)阮I(lǐng)域里有著非常廣泛的應(yīng)用。OTA-C濾波器作為連續(xù)時間濾波器的一種,有著極強(qiáng)的高頻特性和電控能力,并且與MOS工藝兼容。本文首先進(jìn)行了OTA的設(shè)計,該OTA采用折疊共源共柵的結(jié)構(gòu),體現(xiàn)出了高增益低功耗的特點(diǎn),而后運(yùn)用此結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計了一種高阻全補(bǔ)償?shù)腛TA-C低通濾波器,該濾波器采用開關(guān)電容和反饋的結(jié)構(gòu),用MOS管來代替電阻,實現(xiàn)高阻全補(bǔ)償和低通濾波的功能。本文采用UMC0.18μm工藝設(shè)計的CMOS-OTA,其實際仿真結(jié)果為:電壓增益為89.53dB;單位增益帶寬為128.63MHz;擺率為12.3V/us;共模輸入范圍為0.66~1.98V;共模輸出范圍:0~2.24V;共模抑制比為62.43dB;電源電壓抑制比為70.36dB;功率為5.565mW;版圖面積為0.32mm2。實際仿真后的二階OTA-C低通濾波器的截止頻率1MHz,通帶波紋小于1dB,阻帶所需的最小衰減率為1.5,阻帶衰減小于50dB,達(dá)到了設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:OTA-C filter is an advanced subject in CMOS analog integrated circuit design field. It has been widely used in the fields of automatic control communication engineering, electronic information transmission and so on. OTA-C filter is used as a continuous time filter. It has strong high frequency characteristic and electronic control ability, and is compatible with MOS process. In this paper, the design of OTA is first carried out. The OTA adopts the structure of folded common-grid, which embodies the characteristics of high gain and low power consumption. Then, an OTA-C low-pass filter with high resistance and full compensation is designed. The filter adopts the structure of switch capacitance and feedback and uses MOS to replace the resistor to realize the function of full compensation of high resistance and low pass filter. The practical simulation results of this paper are as follows: voltage gain 89.53 dB, unit gain bandwidth 128.63 MHz, pendulum rate 12.3 V / s, common-mode input range 0.660.98 V, common-mode output range: 02.24 V, common-mode rejection ratio 62.43 dB, supply voltage rejection ratio 70.36 dB, common-mode output range: 02.24 V, common-mode rejection ratio 62.43 dB, power supply voltage rejection ratio 70.36 dB, common-mode input range 0.66V 1.98 V, common-mode output range: 02.24 V, common-mode rejection ratio 62.43 dB, power supply voltage rejection ratio 70.36 dB; The rate is 5.565mW and the layout area is 0.32mm2. After practical simulation, the cutoff frequency of the second-order OTA-C low-pass filter is 1 MHz, the passband ripple is less than 1 dB, the minimum attenuation rate of the stopband is 1.5, and the stopband attenuation is less than 50 dB, which meets the design requirements.
