納米線透明導(dǎo)電薄膜的制備及在光電器件中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:基于納米線的透明導(dǎo)電薄膜具有光電性能優(yōu)異、制備成本低廉以及可用于制備柔性器件等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在透明導(dǎo)電薄膜材料領(lǐng)域占據(jù)重要地位。文章著眼于闡述納米線透明導(dǎo)電薄膜的制備及其在光電器件中的應(yīng)用。首先詳細(xì)介紹了滴涂、浸漬、抽濾、邁耶棒涂布、旋涂、噴印、印刷等7種制備納米線透明導(dǎo)電薄膜的方法。光電器件是應(yīng)用透明導(dǎo)電薄膜的重要領(lǐng)域,文章還介紹了納米線透明導(dǎo)電薄膜在太陽能電池和電致發(fā)光器件中的應(yīng)用。納米線透明導(dǎo)電薄膜中,銀納米線和銅納米線透明導(dǎo)電薄膜最受關(guān)注,其制備工藝日趨完善,有望率先在工業(yè)應(yīng)用中取得突破。
[Abstract]:Transparent conductive thin films based on nanowires have many advantages such as excellent optoelectronic properties, low cost and can be used to fabricate flexible devices, so they play an important role in the field of transparent conductive thin film materials. This paper focuses on the preparation of transparent conductive nanowires and its application in optoelectronic devices. Firstly, seven methods of preparing transparent conductive nanowire thin films, such as dripping, impregnation, filtration, Meyer rod coating, spin coating, spray printing and printing, are introduced in detail. Optoelectronic devices are important fields in the application of transparent conductive thin films. The applications of nanowire transparent conductive films in solar cells and electroluminescent devices are also introduced in this paper. Silver nanowires and copper nanowires have attracted the most attention among the transparent and conductive nanowires, and their preparation process is becoming more and more perfect, which is expected to make a breakthrough in industrial applications.
