硅磷酸鹽熒光粉的制備及其性能研究

【摘要】:本文探索了Sr_5(PO_4)_2SiO_4:Eu~(2+)熒光粉的制備工藝并研究了其發(fā)光性能,利用X射線衍射儀(XRD),光致發(fā)光譜(PL)和色譜圖(CIE)對(duì)所制備的熒光粉的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)光性能進(jìn)行表征,主要完成工作和相關(guān)結(jié)論如下:第一,探究Sr_5(PO_4)_2SiO_4:Eu~(2+)熒光粉的制備工藝。通過探究預(yù)燒結(jié)次數(shù)、預(yù)燒結(jié)溫度、燒結(jié)溫度和燒結(jié)時(shí)間四個(gè)因素對(duì)熒光粉發(fā)光性能的影響,得到了該熒光粉的最佳制備工藝。將原料按一定化學(xué)計(jì)量比稱量后的原材料充分研磨,依次在350℃空氣氣氛、850℃空氣氣氛、1400℃還原氣氛(N2:H2=10:1)中燒結(jié)500min,為了使樣品充分反應(yīng),每次燒結(jié)之后要對(duì)樣品重新進(jìn)行充分研磨。第二,研究了摻雜濃度和測(cè)試溫度對(duì)Sr_5(PO_4)_2SiO_4:Eu~(2+)熒光粉發(fā)光性能的影響。隨著Eu~(2+)摻雜濃度的增加,發(fā)射強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小的變化趨勢(shì),并在x=0.015時(shí)達(dá)到最大值。另外,隨著Eu~(2+)摻雜濃度的增加,還出現(xiàn)了Eu1發(fā)光中心到Eu2發(fā)光中心間的能量傳遞和紅移現(xiàn)象。隨著測(cè)試溫度的升高,發(fā)射光譜出現(xiàn)與Varshini方程不相符的藍(lán)移現(xiàn)象,這是由于受到晶格結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性和聲子輔助隧穿效應(yīng)的共同作用,使得較小波長Eu1的發(fā)射峰逐漸處在主導(dǎo)地位的結(jié)果。第三,分別研究了BaF_2,Na_2CO_3,H_3BO_3和NH_4F四種不同助熔劑摻入量對(duì)熒光粉發(fā)光性能的影響。摻入BaF_2,Na_2CO_3,H_3BO_3三種助熔劑時(shí),熒光粉的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度隨每種助熔劑摻入量的增多出現(xiàn)先增大后減小的趨勢(shì);摻入NH_4F助熔劑時(shí),熒光粉的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度出現(xiàn)隨摻入量的增多先增大后不變的趨勢(shì),這與助熔劑本身的性質(zhì)有關(guān)。本文對(duì)Sr_5(PO_4)_2SiO_4:Eu~(2+)熒光粉制備和發(fā)光性能的探索,為后人對(duì)該熒光粉的進(jìn)一步深入研究奠定了基礎(chǔ),而且為研究熒光粉的發(fā)光機(jī)理、發(fā)光中心之間的能量傳遞、晶場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度作用、聲子輔助隧穿效應(yīng)等都起到借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the preparation process and luminescence properties of Sr5D / PO4SiO _ 2SiO _ 2SiO _ 2) phosphors were investigated. The microstructure and luminescence properties of the phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, photoluminescence (PLL) and chromatogram (CIEs). The main work and relevant conclusions are as follows: first, the preparation process of Sr5S / POS _ 4 / P _ 2O _ 2SiO _ 4 / EU ~ (2) phosphor is studied. The optimum preparation process of the phosphor was obtained by exploring the effects of four factors, namely the number of pre-sintering times, the pre-sintering temperature, the sintering temperature and the sintering time, on the luminescent properties of the phosphors. The raw materials weighing according to a certain stoichiometric ratio were fully ground and sintered for 500 mins in an air atmosphere of 350 鈩,
