一種基片集成波導帶通濾波器的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為了更好地利用頻譜資源和應對復雜的電磁環(huán)境,對作為頻率選擇、信號隔離關鍵器件的濾波器提出了更高的性能指標要求。同時,移動設備應用的普及也推動著濾波器小型化的發(fā)展;刹▽且环N新型平面電路傳輸線結(jié)構(gòu),是利用常見的平面電路加工技術,通過合理排布金屬化過孔與其他一些結(jié)構(gòu)來實現(xiàn)一種近似傳統(tǒng)波導傳輸特性的電路結(jié)構(gòu);刹▽Ъ婢吡藗鹘y(tǒng)波導結(jié)構(gòu)與平面電路結(jié)構(gòu)的一些優(yōu)點,同時又有其獨特的結(jié)構(gòu)特點。本文基片集成波導帶通濾波器的設計是通過類比傳統(tǒng)矩形波導結(jié)構(gòu)來進行的。由于基片集成波導的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,造成了其在電磁波傳播特性上與傳統(tǒng)矩形波導的相似性。利用這種等效關系,借鑒成熟的波導濾波器的設計方法,根據(jù)項目的指標要求,在K波段和X波段快速有效的完成了基片集成波導帶通濾波器的設計。首先,對基片集成波導結(jié)構(gòu)特點與傳播特性進行了研究,并對基片集成波導與傳統(tǒng)金屬波導的關系進行了分析。設計了K波段E面金屬膜片波導濾波器,分析并總結(jié)了一套波導濾波器的設計思路與方法。然后,在基片集成波導結(jié)構(gòu)上利用感性金屬通孔濾波器結(jié)構(gòu),類比E面金屬膜片波導濾波器,在K波段和X波段完成了基片集成波導帶通濾波器的設計。最后,提出了一種改善基片集成波導濾波器帶外抑制效果的方法。利用缺陷地面結(jié)構(gòu)的帶阻頻率響應特性,通過在基片集成波導濾波器輸入或輸出端,添加特定的缺陷地面結(jié)構(gòu),經(jīng)過仿真分析表明了該方法的有效性。加工測試結(jié)果表明,K波段基片集成波導帶通濾波器的1dB等紋波通帶為19.18GHz-20.32GHz,帶內(nèi)回波損耗小于-15dB,在16-18GHz頻段內(nèi)衰減值大于50dB,在18.3-18.7GHz頻段內(nèi)衰減值大于20dB,在21-25GHz頻段內(nèi)衰減值大于30dB,滿足了設計指標要求。與同波段E面矩形波導相比,體積減小了約50%。
[Abstract]:In order to make better use of the spectrum resources and to deal with the complex electromagnetic environment, the filter, which is the key device of signal isolation, is required for frequency selection. At the same time, the popularity of mobile devices also promotes the development of filter miniaturization. Substrate integrated waveguide is a new type of planar circuit transmission line structure. It is a kind of circuit structure which is similar to the transmission characteristic of traditional waveguide by reasonably arranging metallized perforation and other structures by using common planar circuit processing technology. Substrate integrated waveguide not only has some advantages of traditional waveguide structure and planar circuit structure, but also has its unique structural characteristics. The design of the substrate integrated waveguide bandpass filter is carried out by analogy with the traditional rectangular waveguide structure. Because of the structural characteristics of the substrate integrated waveguide, it is similar to the traditional rectangular waveguide in electromagnetic wave propagation. By using this equivalent relation and referring to the mature design method of waveguide filter, the design of substrate integrated waveguide bandpass filter is completed quickly and effectively in K band and X band according to the requirements of the project. Firstly, the structure and propagation characteristics of the substrate integrated waveguide are studied, and the relationship between the substrate integrated waveguide and the traditional metal waveguide is analyzed. A K band E plane metal diaphragm waveguide filter is designed, and the design idea and method of a set of waveguide filter are analyzed and summarized. Then, the inductive metal through hole filter structure is used in the substrate integrated waveguide structure, and the design of the substrate integrated waveguide bandpass filter is completed in K band and X band, analogous to the E plane metal diaphragm waveguide filter. Finally, a method to improve the suppression effect of substrate integrated waveguide filter is proposed. Based on the band-stop frequency response characteristics of defective ground structures, a specific defective ground structure is added at the input or output end of the substrate integrated waveguide filter. The simulation results show that the proposed method is effective. The processing test results show that the 1dB isoripple band of the integrated waveguide bandpass filter in K band is 19.18GHz ~ 20.32GHz, the in-band echo loss is less than -15dB, the attenuation value is greater than 50dB in 16-18GHz band, the attenuation value is more than 20dB in 18.3-18.7GHz band, and the attenuation value in 21-25GHz band. More than 30 dB, meet the design requirements. Compared with the same wave band E plane rectangular waveguide, the volume of the waveguide is reduced by about 50%.
