樟子松凋落物陰燃測(cè)溫精度研究

【摘要】:采用紅外熱像儀探測(cè)樟子松凋落物陰燃溫度,并通過(guò)溫度擬合提高紅外熱像儀的使用精度,為陰燃火災(zāi)的探測(cè)提供精確的溫度數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。設(shè)置風(fēng)速0~3 m/s、探測(cè)距離1~10 m、探測(cè)角度30°~60°的工況,分別采用紅外熱像儀和熱電偶進(jìn)行測(cè)溫,以熱電偶測(cè)溫為基準(zhǔn)溫度,研究紅外熱像儀探測(cè)陰燃的使用精度和誤差。實(shí)驗(yàn)得出:紅外熱像儀的有效探測(cè)距離為8 m,測(cè)溫的相對(duì)誤差隨著探測(cè)距離、探測(cè)角度以及森林風(fēng)速的增大而升高。利用MATLAB得出不同風(fēng)速的工況下紅外熱像儀測(cè)溫的相對(duì)誤差與探測(cè)距離、探測(cè)角度的二元二次非線性擬合方程,為森林陰燃火災(zāi)探測(cè)提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Infrared thermal imager is used to detect smoldering temperature of litter of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica, and the precision of infrared thermal imager is improved by temperature fitting, which provides accurate temperature data basis for detecting smoldering fire. Setting the wind speed of 0 ~ 3 m / s, detecting distance of 1 ~ 10 m, detecting angle of 30 擄~ 60 擄, using infrared thermograph and thermocouple to measure the temperature, taking the thermocouple as the reference temperature, the application accuracy and error of the infrared thermal imager for detecting smoldering are studied. The experimental results show that the effective detection range of infrared thermal imager is 8 m.The relative error of temperature measurement increases with the increase of detection distance, detection angle and forest wind speed. The binary quadratic nonlinear fitting equation of temperature measurement error, detection distance and detection angle of infrared thermal imager under different wind speed is obtained by MATLAB, which provides a data basis for forest smoldering fire detection.
