【摘要】：根據(jù)成像原理推導了運動透鏡、運動45°直角棱鏡,以及旋轉(zhuǎn)反射鏡所引起的角度變化公式,并對影響角度變化的參數(shù)(透鏡的焦距、物距及光源的發(fā)散角等)和引入角度多樣性的這三種方法進行了分析比較。實驗結(jié)果與理論分析表明,在相同條件下,將45°直角棱鏡運動20μm和反射鏡旋轉(zhuǎn)0.02°就能實現(xiàn)兩個完全獨立散斑圖樣,而運動透鏡需要更大的位移,這為設(shè)計運動方案引入角度多樣性激光散斑抑制提供參考。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of imaging, the formula of angle change caused by moving lens, 45 擄right angle prism and rotating mirror is deduced, and the parameters (focal length of lens) affecting angle change are given. The distance and divergence angle of light source are compared with the three methods of introducing diversity of angle. The experimental results and theoretical analysis show that under the same conditions, two completely independent speckle patterns can be achieved by rotating the 45 擄right-angle prism 20 渭 m and the reflector 0.02 擄, and the moving lens needs greater displacement. This provides a reference for the design of motion scheme to introduce angular diversity laser speckle suppression.
