Ku波段高功率緊湊型微波輸出窗的研究

【摘要】:微波輸出窗是高功率微波系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,它扮演著十分重要的角色。微波輸櫥窗既要具備高密封性能,能承受真空與大氣之間的壓力,也要具有較高的功率容量。高功率微波系統(tǒng)正朝著高功率和緊湊化方向發(fā)展,這對(duì)應(yīng)用于高功率微波系統(tǒng)的微波輸出窗提出了更高要求。國內(nèi)外研究機(jī)構(gòu)都對(duì)微波輸出窗開展了各方面的研究,并取得了一定的進(jìn)展,F(xiàn)有的輸出窗形式較多,且部分技術(shù)也較為成熟,但在高功率微波系統(tǒng)的一些特殊需求下,例如高功率微波輻射領(lǐng)域,系統(tǒng)往往對(duì)輸出窗的功率容量以及緊湊化提出了雙重要求。因此,本文擬探索新型高功率緊湊型微波輸出窗,以滿足高功率微波輻射系統(tǒng)的需求。本文首先對(duì)微波輸出窗的分類做了簡(jiǎn)單介紹,選擇采用在圓波導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行密封的輸出窗。盒型窗作為圓波導(dǎo)下密封的輸出窗基本結(jié)構(gòu),具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、功率容量較大、技術(shù)成熟、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。因此本文以盒型窗作為研究基礎(chǔ),通過等效電路法和數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)Ku波段盒型窗進(jìn)行了研究與設(shè)計(jì)。其次,針對(duì)功率容量的提升需求,提出擴(kuò)大中間圓波導(dǎo)直徑的方案,并結(jié)合輸出窗前后端的微波系統(tǒng)連接需求,采用方波導(dǎo)輸入、圓波導(dǎo)輸出的輸出窗結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了一種緊湊型方圓轉(zhuǎn)換器。通過耦合波理論分析,設(shè)計(jì)了圓波導(dǎo)過渡段,并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了Ku波段高功率微波輸出窗。隨后,對(duì)輸出窗進(jìn)行緊湊化改進(jìn),考慮介質(zhì)實(shí)際加工密封性要求及三相點(diǎn)對(duì)窗表面場(chǎng)強(qiáng)的影響后,對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化,采用中間雙凸起的窗片結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)窗片表面進(jìn)行刻槽處理,進(jìn)一步提高了緊湊化后的輸出窗功率容量。最后基于以上研究設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)高功率緊湊型輸出窗進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與加工試制,測(cè)試得到了微波輸出窗的駐波比與插入損耗,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該窗在12.4-12.65GHz內(nèi),S11均小于0.1,插入損耗在整個(gè)頻帶內(nèi)小于0.2dB,設(shè)計(jì)功率容量達(dá)到7.6MW,初步驗(yàn)證了高功率緊湊型輸出窗的可行性。
[Abstract]:Microwave output window is an important part of high power microwave system, it plays a very important role. Microwave window must have high sealing performance, can withstand the pressure between vacuum and atmosphere, but also has high power capacity. The high power microwave system is developing towards the direction of high power and compactness, which puts forward higher requirements for the microwave output window used in the high power microwave system. Domestic and foreign research institutions have carried out various research on microwave output window, and have made some progress. There are many kinds of output windows, and some of them are mature, but in some special requirements of high power microwave system, such as the field of high power microwave radiation, The power capacity and compactness of the output window are often required in the system. Therefore, this paper intends to explore a new type of high power compact microwave output window to meet the demand of high power microwave radiation system. In this paper, the classification of microwave output window is introduced briefly, and the output window sealed under circular waveguide is chosen. As the basic structure of the output window sealed under the circular waveguide, the box window has the advantages of simple structure, large power capacity, mature technology and compact structure. Therefore, based on the box window, the Ku-band box window is studied and designed by the method of equivalent circuit and numerical simulation. Secondly, according to the demand of increasing power capacity, a scheme of expanding the diameter of the middle circular waveguide is proposed. The output window structure of square waveguide input and circular waveguide output is adopted in combination with the microwave system connection demand at the back end of the output window. At the same time, a compact round converter is designed. Based on the analysis of coupling wave theory, the transition section of circular waveguide is designed, and the Ku-band high power microwave output window is designed. Then, the model is improved and optimized by the compact improvement of the output window, taking into account the requirements of the sealing property of the medium and the effect of the three-phase points on the surface field strength of the window, and the structure of the window plate with the middle double protruding is adopted. Furthermore, the power capacity of the output window is further improved by grooving on the surface of the window. Finally, based on the above research design, the structure design and fabrication of the high power compact output window are carried out, and the standing wave ratio and insertion loss of the microwave output window are obtained. The experimental results show that the window S11 is less than 0.1 in 12.4-12.65GHz, the insertion loss is less than 0.2 dB in the whole frequency band, and the designed power capacity is 7.6 MW. The feasibility of the high power compact output window is preliminarily verified.
