激光拼焊焊縫截面輪廓幾何建模方法

【摘要】:提出了一種激光拼焊焊縫截面輪廓的幾何建模方法,基于Laws紋理濾波和數(shù)學(xué)形態(tài)學(xué)閉運算提取了截面的輪廓邊緣,分別采用多項式函數(shù)模型、指數(shù)函數(shù)模型、高斯函數(shù)模型對提取的截面輪廓邊緣進(jìn)行了曲線擬合,并對擬合結(jié)果進(jìn)行了誤差分析。分析結(jié)果表明,基于指數(shù)函數(shù)模型擬合的焊縫截面輪廓上邊緣的精度最高,基于高斯函數(shù)模型擬合的焊縫截面輪廓下邊緣的精度最高。對不同工藝參數(shù)條件下獲得的激光拼焊焊縫截面輪廓邊緣進(jìn)行了幾何建模實驗,實驗結(jié)果表明,提出的方法可以有效地實現(xiàn)激光拼焊焊縫截面輪廓的幾何建模。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a geometric modeling method of the section profile of laser TWW is proposed. The contour edge of the section is extracted based on Laws texture filtering and mathematical morphology closed operation. The polynomial function model and exponential function model are used respectively. The Gao Si function model is used to fit the edge of the section contour, and the error of the fitting result is analyzed. The results show that the precision of the upper edge of the weld section profile is the highest based on exponential function model, and that of the bottom edge of the weld section profile based on the Gao Si function model is the highest. The geometric modeling experiment on the profile edge of laser welding seam section obtained under different technological parameters is carried out. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively realize the geometric modeling of laser welding seam section profile.
