【摘要】：采用ZEMAX對單點(diǎn)激光測振儀中的擴(kuò)束聚焦鏡進(jìn)行了分析設(shè)計(jì)。首先對高斯氦氖激光光源進(jìn)行了模擬,然后計(jì)算了系統(tǒng)的初始結(jié)構(gòu)。分析了前透鏡移動距離與激光聚焦距離的關(guān)系,獲得了不同聚焦距離下的光斑尺寸。最后設(shè)計(jì)了可調(diào)擴(kuò)束聚焦系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)。該結(jié)構(gòu)具有調(diào)節(jié)平滑,前透鏡不旋轉(zhuǎn)的特點(diǎn),減小了由旋轉(zhuǎn)透鏡帶來的誤差。
[Abstract]:The beam expansion focusing mirror in single point laser vibration measuring instrument is analyzed and designed by ZEMAX. First, the Gao Si He-Ne laser source is simulated, and then the initial structure of the system is calculated. The relationship between the moving distance of the front lens and the laser focusing distance is analyzed, and the speckle sizes are obtained at different focusing distances. Finally, the mechanical structure of the adjustable beam expansion focusing system is designed. The structure has the characteristics of adjusting smooth, the front lens does not rotate, and the error caused by the rotating lens is reduced.
