基于雙閉環(huán)復合控制的軟起動諧波抑制的應用研究

【摘要】:晶閘管軟起動器依靠無極平穩(wěn)的起動特性,可有效減小鼠籠式三相異步電機起動過程中產(chǎn)生的電流沖擊,得到國內(nèi)外越來越廣泛的重視。但是晶閘管軟起動器作為電力電子技術(shù)的一個應用產(chǎn)品,其工作過程中會消耗大量無功功率,產(chǎn)生高次諧波信號。諧波會對電力設(shè)備、供電安全造成嚴重危害。針對安裝晶閘管軟起動器的某空壓機起動過程所產(chǎn)生的諧波,采用并聯(lián)型的有源電力濾波器,動態(tài)抑制諧波、補償無功電流。論文對所采用的自適應諧波檢測法和雙閉環(huán)復合控制法,做了較深入的探討。主要研究內(nèi)容為以下幾個方面:(1)對空壓機的三相異步電機進行等效建模、起動特性的分析,并對晶閘管三相交流調(diào)壓電路和諧波問題作了分析。通過直接起動與限流軟起動的仿真對比得到,直接起動方式的起動電流是額定電流的數(shù)倍,嚴重影響電機壽命,而軟起動方式起動平緩,可按設(shè)定要求改變起動特性。但同時,也發(fā)現(xiàn)晶閘管起動器工作過程中發(fā)生負載側(cè)電流畸變現(xiàn)象。(2)有源電力濾波器的諧波電流檢測采用自適應諧波檢測法。對傳統(tǒng)定步長LMS(Least Mean Square,最小均方)算法和后繼改進的自適應變步長LMS算法分析研究后,提出一種將動態(tài)因子、動量因子統(tǒng)一化,且兩者均按箕舌線函數(shù)最簡式變化的自適應變步長LMS算法。通過仿真對比分析,表明改進算法具有良好的檢測特性。(3)有源電力濾波器的跟蹤控制方法為雙閉環(huán)復合控制,內(nèi)外閉環(huán)依據(jù)各波形特點采用不同的控制策略。外環(huán)電壓環(huán),采用模糊PI控制方法以保證直流側(cè)電容電壓的穩(wěn)定性。內(nèi)環(huán)電流環(huán),設(shè)計單神經(jīng)元PI控制與重復控制結(jié)合的控制策略,跟蹤補償呈周期性重復變化的諧波電流信號。通過仿真對比,表明內(nèi)外環(huán)的搭配控制方式合理,效果良好。通過理論分析和仿真研究可以有效證明:對于晶閘管軟起動器的三相交流調(diào)壓電路所產(chǎn)生的諧波電流,采用文中給出的自適應諧波檢測法和雙閉環(huán)復合控制的并聯(lián)有源電力濾波器,可以明顯抑制諧波電流,提高了有源電力濾波器用于晶閘管軟起動所產(chǎn)生諧波電流的應用效果。
[Abstract]:The soft starter of the thyristor soft starter can effectively reduce the current impact in the starting process of the mouse cage three-phase asynchronous motor, and get more and more attention at home and abroad. However, as an application product of power electronics, the thyristor soft starter will consume a lot of reactive power and produce a lot of reactive power. High order harmonic signals. Harmonics will cause serious harm to power equipment and power supply safety. In this paper, a parallel type of active power filter is used to suppress harmonics and compensate reactive current. Adaptive harmonic detection method and double closed loop compound control are used in this paper. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the equivalent modeling of the three-phase asynchronous motor of the air compressor, the analysis of the starting characteristics and the analysis of the problem of the harmonic wave of the thyristor three-phase AC voltage regulation circuit are analyzed. The direct starting method is obtained by the comparison of the direct starting with the limiter soft starting. The dynamic current is several times of the rated current, which seriously affects the life of the motor, while the soft starting mode is slow to start, and the starting characteristics can be changed according to the set requirements. But at the same time, the current distortion of the load side occurs during the operation of the thyristor starter. (2) the harmonic current detection method of the active power filter adopts the adaptive harmonic detection method. After the analysis of fixed step length LMS (Least Mean Square, minimum mean square) algorithm and stepwise adaptive variable step length LMS algorithm, an adaptive variable step length LMS algorithm, which integrates dynamic factors and momentum factors, and both are based on the most simple change of the skip line function, shows that the improved algorithm has good detection. (3) the tracking control method of active power filter is double closed loop control, and the internal and external closed loop adopts different control strategies according to the characteristics of each waveform. Outer loop voltage loop, fuzzy PI control method to ensure the stability of capacitance voltage of the DC side. Internal loop current loop, control of single neuron PI control and repetitive control Through the simulation and comparison, it is proved that the harmonic current produced by the three-phase AC voltage regulation circuit of the thyristor soft starter can be effectively proved by the theoretical analysis and simulation research. The harmonic current and the harmonic current of the active power filter used in the soft start of the thyristor can be improved. The harmonic detection method and the parallel active power filter with double closed loop control can obviously restrain the harmonic current.
