提高鉛陽極泥中Te回收率的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)鉛陽極泥進(jìn)行預(yù)氧化、浸出和還原沉淀處理回收Te,結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化的Te回收工藝為自然堆放氧化處理-硫酸+氯化鈉+氯酸鈉體系浸出-控電位亞硫酸鈉沉Te。鉛陽極泥經(jīng)過自然堆放氧化處理4d后,在3 mol/L硫酸+3mol/L氯化鈉+20%氯酸鈉體系、L/S=5∶1、反應(yīng)溫度80℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間4h的條件下攪拌浸出,Te浸出率達(dá)到了92.15%,Cu及其他有價(jià)元素的浸出率均在90%以上,Ag、Pb則留在渣中。對(duì)浸出液進(jìn)行控電位亞硫酸鈉沉Te,控制電位在0.342~0.568V之間,以兩倍理論量的亞硫酸鈉作為還原劑,Te還原率達(dá)92.57%,Cu及其他有價(jià)元素留在溶液中進(jìn)行下一步回收。采用該優(yōu)化工藝從鉛陽極泥中回收Te至粗Te渣,Te綜合回收率可達(dá)85%以上。
