單激光器復(fù)用法提高調(diào)頻連續(xù)波激光測距分辨率

【摘要】:可調(diào)諧激光器的調(diào)制線性度和調(diào)制范圍是限制調(diào)頻連續(xù)波激光測距測量分辨率的主要因素.利用單個調(diào)制范圍較小的可調(diào)諧激光器對單個目標(biāo)進(jìn)行調(diào)頻連續(xù)波激光測距時,對目標(biāo)進(jìn)行多次測量,再將經(jīng)過等光頻間隔采樣的信號進(jìn)行信號融合可以達(dá)到提高測量分辨率的目的.該方法可以有效降低調(diào)頻連續(xù)波激光測距對激光器調(diào)制范圍的要求,且容易實現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)組成簡單,有利于將調(diào)頻連續(xù)波激光測距引入工業(yè)大尺寸測量、空間技術(shù)、測繪等領(lǐng)域.
[Abstract]:The modulation linearity and modulation range of tunable laser are the main factors limiting the resolution of FM CW laser ranging measurement.When a single tunable laser with a small modulation range is used to measure a single target by frequency-modulated CW laser ranging, the target is measured several times.The signal fusion of the signal sampled by equal-frequency interval can improve the resolution of measurement.This method can effectively reduce the requirement of laser modulation range for FM CW laser ranging, and is easy to realize, and the system composition is simple, which is helpful to introduce FM CW laser ranging into industrial large-scale measurement, space technology, mapping and other fields.
