頭盔式紅外測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:基于紅外熱探測(cè)器的測(cè)溫技術(shù),由于便攜、非接觸、直觀易用等優(yōu)點(diǎn),日益被人們重視。本課題通過(guò)對(duì)比現(xiàn)有的手持式紅外測(cè)溫儀,發(fā)現(xiàn)普遍存在成像分辨率低、細(xì)節(jié)模糊、無(wú)色彩顯示、界面單一和設(shè)備笨重等缺點(diǎn)。因此本課題結(jié)合實(shí)現(xiàn)小型化與測(cè)溫等要求,重點(diǎn)提出了一種頭盔式紅外熱成像系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)架方案。針對(duì)前端成像系統(tǒng)深入分析了紅外光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和紅外探測(cè)器的響應(yīng)原理,并全面剖析了影響圖像質(zhì)量的噪聲和非均勻性,重點(diǎn)提出了一種將溫度定標(biāo)與非均勻性定標(biāo)相融合的標(biāo)定方法。此種方法在不需要增加計(jì)算和處理復(fù)雜度的同時(shí)又能很好地提高非均勻性校正的效果。對(duì)于后端顯示系統(tǒng)也是在充分比較現(xiàn)有顯示設(shè)備的情況下,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)人機(jī)交互界面,增加功能菜單,提供多種測(cè)溫方式以及圖像操作功能,大大降低了電力巡檢的差錯(cuò)率。同時(shí)為了提高人眼的識(shí)別度,本課題著重添加了改進(jìn)型的偽彩色算法,并進(jìn)一步引入OLED貼目式觀察屏,達(dá)到最佳的觀察方式。本課題設(shè)計(jì)的頭盔式紅外測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)在解放雙手的基礎(chǔ)上又能實(shí)現(xiàn)檢測(cè)視場(chǎng)與人眼視場(chǎng)相一致,達(dá)到所見(jiàn)即所檢的效果。立足于實(shí)際需求,充分考慮小型化、硬件可行性、低功耗和可操作性,達(dá)到省時(shí)省力又省成本的目的。在不久的將來(lái)必有巨大的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The temperature measurement technology based on infrared thermal detector has been paid more and more attention due to its advantages of portability, non-contact, intuitive and easy to use.By comparing the existing hand-held infrared thermometers, it is found that there are some disadvantages such as low resolution, fuzzy detail, colorless display, single interface and heavy equipment.Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of miniaturization and temperature measurement, this paper puts forward a structure scheme of head armor infrared thermal imaging system.The structure of the infrared optical system and the response principle of the infrared detector are deeply analyzed for the front-end imaging system, and the noise and non-uniformity that affect the image quality are analyzed comprehensively.A calibration method combining temperature calibration with non-uniformity calibration is proposed.This method can improve the effect of nonuniformity correction without increasing computational and processing complexity.For the back-end display system, under the condition of fully comparing the existing display equipment, by designing man-machine interface, adding function menu, providing a variety of temperature measurement methods and image operation functions, the error rate of power inspection is greatly reduced.At the same time, in order to improve the recognition of human eyes, an improved pseudocolor algorithm is added, and the OLED view screen is further introduced to achieve the best observation mode.The head-armor infrared temperature measuring system designed in this paper can realize the consistency of the inspection field and the human eye field of view on the basis of liberating both hands and achieve the effect of detecting what is seen.Based on the actual demand, miniaturization, hardware feasibility, low power consumption and maneuverability are fully considered to save time, labor and cost.In the near future, there will be great application prospects.
