基于有機(jī)小分子和有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化鈣鈦礦復(fù)合發(fā)光層的白光PeLED

【摘要】:由于優(yōu)越的光電特性和溶液加工特性,有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化鈣鈦礦材料在發(fā)光顯示領(lǐng)域展示出極大的應(yīng)用前景.近兩年,有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化鈣鈦礦電致發(fā)光器件(Pe LED)得到了快速發(fā)展,電致發(fā)光效率已經(jīng)達(dá)到了傳統(tǒng)有機(jī)電致發(fā)光器件(OLED)的水平.由于白光是顯示和照明領(lǐng)域的最主要光源,因此開發(fā)白光Pe LED具有重要的科學(xué)和商業(yè)價(jià)值.本文報(bào)道了以有機(jī)小分子1,3-bis(9-carbazolyl)benzene(m CP)和有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化鈣鈦礦CH3NH3Pb Br3混合膜作為發(fā)光層的一種新型白光Pe LED.首先,通過(guò)一步旋涂工藝得到了均勻致密、覆蓋度較高的m CP:CH3NH3Pb Br3晶體薄膜.然后以m CP:CH3NH3Pb Br3膜作為發(fā)光層的白光Pe LED(器件結(jié)構(gòu)為ITO/PEDOT:PSS/m CP:CH3NH3Pb Br3/tri(1-phenyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)phenyl(TPBI)/Li F/Al),器件的啟亮電壓為~3.2 V,最大亮度為~170 cd/m2,電致發(fā)光效率為~0.15 cd/A.當(dāng)偏壓為7 V時(shí),Pe LED的CIE色坐標(biāo)達(dá)到了(0.32,0.31),得到了理想的白光.該白光Pe LED基本達(dá)到了工業(yè)化的要求,同時(shí)也為進(jìn)一步開發(fā)更高效、更穩(wěn)定的白光Pe LED提供了參考思路.
[Abstract]:Due to its excellent optoelectronic properties and solution processing properties, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have shown great application prospects in the field of luminescent display.In the last two years, the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite electroluminescent device (Pe LED) has been developed rapidly, and the electroluminescent efficiency has reached the level of the traditional organic electroluminescent device (OLED).Since white light is the most important light source in display and lighting fields, it is of great scientific and commercial value to develop white light Pe LED.In this paper, a new white Pe LED was prepared by using organic small molecule (1: 3-bis-9-carbazolyl) and organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite CH3NH3Pb Br3 as luminescent layer.Firstly, m CP:CH3NH3Pb Br3 thin films with uniform density and high coverage were obtained by one step spin coating process.Then, the white Pe LED (ITO/PEDOT:PSS/m CP:CH3NH3Pb Br3/tri(1-phenyl-1H-benzo [d] imidazol-2-yl)phenyl(TPBI)/Li F / AlN) with m CP:CH3NH3Pb Br3 film as the luminescent layer is used. The starting voltage of the device is 3.2V, the maximum luminance is 170cd/ m2, and the electroluminescent efficiency is 0.15cd/ A.When the bias voltage is 7 V, the CIE color coordinates of Pe LED can reach 0.32 ~ 0.31 ~ (-1), and the ideal white light is obtained.The white Pe LED can meet the requirements of industrialization and provide a reference for the further development of a more efficient and stable white light Pe LED.
