【摘要】:研制了一種板級(jí)多通道半導(dǎo)體激光器溫控系統(tǒng),將其應(yīng)用于混合氣體檢測(cè)中可實(shí)現(xiàn)同時(shí)對(duì)多個(gè)半導(dǎo)體激光器溫度的控制.該系統(tǒng)硬件上由多通道溫度采集模塊、數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器模塊、半導(dǎo)體制冷器(TEC)和TEC控制模塊組成.軟件上采用時(shí)間片輪轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)度算法和積分分離式數(shù)字比例積分微分算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)多個(gè)半導(dǎo)體激光器溫度的實(shí)時(shí)、精確控制.為了測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的性能,利用該系統(tǒng)同時(shí)控制中心波長(zhǎng)為1.65μm和1.56μm的可調(diào)諧分布反饋激光器的溫度,進(jìn)行了溫度控制實(shí)驗(yàn)并測(cè)試了兩個(gè)激光器的發(fā)光光譜.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)兩個(gè)激光器溫度的同時(shí)控制,溫控精度為-0.011~0.015℃,響應(yīng)時(shí)間小于3s.對(duì)溫控系統(tǒng)的工作穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,兩個(gè)激光器連續(xù)工作6h,其工作溫度保持恒定.連續(xù)10h測(cè)試兩個(gè)激光器的輸出光譜,輸出波長(zhǎng)的峰值未出現(xiàn)偏移.該溫控系統(tǒng)體積小、成本低、便于集成且穩(wěn)定可靠,在混合氣體檢測(cè)中有良好的應(yīng)用前景.
[Abstract]:A temperature control system for multichannel semiconductor lasers at board level is developed. The temperature control of multiple semiconductor lasers can be realized simultaneously when it is applied to the detection of mixed gases. The hardware of the system is composed of a multi-channel temperature acquisition module. Digital signal processor (DSP) module, semiconductor refrigerator (TEC) and TEC control module are used in the software. Time slice rotation scheduling algorithm and integral separation digital proportional integral differential algorithm are used to realize the real-time temperature of multiple semiconductor lasers. Precise control. In order to test the performance of the system, the temperature of tunable distributed feedback lasers with central wavelengths of 1.65 渭 m and 1.56 渭 m is controlled simultaneously.
