百千赫茲皮秒再生放大器的輸出特性

【摘要】:高重復(fù)頻率再生放大器的能量提取周期遠小于激光增益介質(zhì)上能級壽命,這會導(dǎo)致再生放大器輸出一高一低兩種能量的激光脈沖,即倍周期分叉現(xiàn)象。針對上述問題,從理論上分析高重復(fù)頻率Nd…YVO_4再生放大器的輸出脈沖穩(wěn)定性與重復(fù)頻率之間的關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)提高再生放大器重復(fù)頻率可以避免出現(xiàn)倍周期分叉現(xiàn)象,并通過實驗驗證了當重復(fù)頻率大于250kHz時,Nd…YVO_4再生放大器沒有出現(xiàn)倍周期分叉現(xiàn)象。此外,在吸收抽運功率為70 W時,實現(xiàn)了對單脈沖能量為1nJ、重復(fù)頻率為94MHz的全固態(tài)Nd…YVO_4晶體半導(dǎo)體可飽和吸收鏡鎖模種子激光脈沖的再生放大,得到重復(fù)頻率可調(diào)(250~500kHz)的皮秒激光,其最大輸出功率達到18 W,單脈沖能量為36μJ。
[Abstract]:The energy extraction period of the high repetition frequency regenerative amplifier is much smaller than the upper energy level lifetime of the laser gain medium, which will lead to the output of a laser pulse of high and low energy of two kinds of energy, that is, the double period bifurcation phenomenon.
