【摘要】:為了將光纖激光器輸出光纖包層中未完全被增益光纖吸收的殘余泵浦光及非線性因素產(chǎn)生的高階激光高效率剝離,提高剝離功率和得到較為均勻的熱分布,采用優(yōu)化的高折膠法制作包層功率剝離器,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)和有限元仿真模擬對包層功率剝離器的熱效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了研究.實(shí)驗(yàn)表明包層功率剝離器剝離功率為132 W時(shí),穩(wěn)定工作溫度最高為50.0℃,在此剝離條件下仿真模擬的結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)基本吻合,證明了仿真模型及參數(shù)的正確性,并證明了該種結(jié)構(gòu)包層功率剝離器的實(shí)用可靠性.
[Abstract]:In order to exfoliate the residual pump light which is not completely absorbed by the gain fiber in the fiber cladding and the high order laser with high efficiency caused by nonlinear factors, the peeling power is increased and the heat distribution is uniform. The thermal effect of the cladding power peeler was studied by means of experiment and finite element simulation. The experimental results show that the thermal effect of the cladding power peeler is 132W when the peeling power of the cladding power peeler is 132W. The stable working temperature is up to 50.0 鈩,
