【摘要】：提出了生態(tài)電磁環(huán)境新概念,即和諧、高效、綠色、安全電磁環(huán)境的總和,同時提出了構(gòu)建天地一體生態(tài)電磁環(huán)境的基本機理、模型與方法以及需突破的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。認(rèn)為構(gòu)建和諧、高效、綠色和安全的天地一體化生態(tài)電磁環(huán)境研究是一項關(guān)系到中國未來信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康發(fā)展的重大課題,對于國家利益拓展、國防建設(shè)等具有戰(zhàn)略意義。需要拓展研究思路,樹立生態(tài)電磁環(huán)境科學(xué)發(fā)展的理念。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward the new concept of ecological electromagnetic environment, that is, the summation of harmonious, efficient, green and safe electromagnetic environment, and puts forward the basic mechanism of constructing the ecological electromagnetic environment as a whole. It is considered that constructing a harmonious, efficient, green and safe eco-electromagnetic environment is an important subject related to the healthy development of China's information network in the future. It is of strategic significance for the development of national interests and national defense. It is necessary to expand the research ideas and establish the concept of the scientific development of ecological electromagnetic environment.
