【摘要】:發(fā)光衰減是發(fā)光的重要過(guò)程,測(cè)量發(fā)光壽命對(duì)研究發(fā)光機(jī)理十分重要,但傳統(tǒng)研究在概念和方法上存在兩個(gè)差錯(cuò):(1)概念上認(rèn)為衰減等同于激發(fā)態(tài)數(shù)目的減少,而忽視了衰減是發(fā)光強(qiáng)度的下降,兩者是不同的概念;(2)方法上基于激發(fā)態(tài)規(guī)律推導(dǎo),假設(shè)的邊界條件不符合實(shí)際,沒(méi)有實(shí)驗(yàn)的支持。同時(shí),傳統(tǒng)方法對(duì)設(shè)備的要求很高,且只限于光致發(fā)光。為了糾正差錯(cuò),降低成本,搭建了一套全新的電致發(fā)光衰減測(cè)量系統(tǒng),可用于所有可以周期激發(fā)的發(fā)光類型。從能量轉(zhuǎn)換原理出發(fā),采用周期激發(fā),用脈沖間隔時(shí)間作為時(shí)間尺度來(lái)度量發(fā)光衰減持續(xù)的時(shí)間,通過(guò)脈沖間隔時(shí)間與發(fā)光壽命的對(duì)比,相應(yīng)地發(fā)光強(qiáng)度有不同的變化,根據(jù)該現(xiàn)象簡(jiǎn)便地測(cè)量出發(fā)光壽命;谠撛泶罱ǖ陌l(fā)光衰減測(cè)量系統(tǒng),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明了發(fā)光強(qiáng)度隨著激發(fā)頻率,先保持不變?nèi)缓笾饾u下降,通過(guò)測(cè)量下折點(diǎn)即能夠推算出發(fā)光衰減壽命,而且還發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)光衰減壽命與初始發(fā)光強(qiáng)度呈正相關(guān)的關(guān)系。認(rèn)為發(fā)光壽命是發(fā)光強(qiáng)度的變化,是區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)研究以激發(fā)態(tài)數(shù)目為研究對(duì)象的一大創(chuàng)新,同時(shí)通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了發(fā)光壽命與初始亮度相關(guān),也拓展了對(duì)發(fā)光壽命的新認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Luminescence attenuation is an important process of luminescence, and it is very important to study the mechanism of luminescence by measuring luminescence lifetime. However, in the traditional research, there are two errors in concept and method: 1) the concept of attenuation is equal to the reduction of the number of excited states, but the attenuation is the decrease of luminous intensity, and the two are different concepts. 2) based on the law of excited state, the assumed boundary conditions do not accord with the reality, and there is no experimental support. At the same time, the traditional method requires very high equipment, and only limited to photoluminescence, in order to correct the errors. In order to reduce the cost, a new electroluminescent attenuation measurement system is set up, which can be used for all kinds of luminescence which can be excited periodically. Based on the principle of energy conversion, periodic excitation is adopted. The pulse interval time is used as the time scale to measure the duration of luminescence attenuation. By comparing the pulse interval time with the luminous lifetime, the luminous intensity varies accordingly. The luminescence attenuation measurement system based on this principle is constructed. The experimental results show that the luminous intensity is kept unchanged and then gradually decreased with the excitation frequency. The decay lifetime of luminescence can be calculated by measuring the folding point, and it is also found that there is a positive correlation between the decay lifetime of luminescence and the initial intensity of luminescence. It is considered that the lifetime of luminescence is the change of the intensity of luminescence. It is a big innovation which is different from the traditional research on the number of excited states. At the same time, the experiment proves that the luminous lifetime is related to the initial brightness, and it also expands the new understanding of the luminous lifetime.
